Room is abit dark and abit dusty, but for 2 days of stay and the low price it definitely was not something to complain about. Staff was helpful and kind, making the check in procedures smooth and pleasant. There is not much facilities as the television is small and there is no kettle to boil water, but the price of water is not too expensive so it is ok. Generally not a bad place for a quick stay at a cheap price.

The hotel us out of the way if you don’t have a car as no uber or taxi will pick there thats what we found and another pair had the sam issue so we had yo drive and go through the hassle of finding a park in town which is near impossible. And if you are thinking of having a night off and stay in the hotel dining room is closed on Monday nights and who knows how many other nights along with cafe and restaurant surrounding them are all closed so you will be driving for a meal ir snack. Another thing on google it shows the hotel having a roof top pool and the inside of the hotel, well the pool doesn’t exist but the inside photos are correct, go to there website to get a more accurate view of the place and when you bring this up with the staff they have the usual don’t care and are not interested discussing it even when talking to them in fluent Italian. The breakfast is typical Italian meaning not much to choice compared to other Asian countries or Australia and the USA The aircon works well a nice change after a month of inadequate units in other hotels in Italy and the rooms are modern snd clean

Tôi lo lắng vì không có nhiều đánh giá về phòng 4 người, nhưng vì không có giá hoặc địa điểm tương tự ở địa điểm này nên tôi đã tiếp tục và ở đó có một giường đôi và 2 giường đơn. và đồ nội thất đã cũ, nhưng nó có cảm giác được làm sạch và bảo trì tốt. I arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭 And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

Everyone, from the concierge to housekeeping, kitchen staff, and waiters, works with genuine warmth. You’re greeted with smiles, and you can tell they’re proud of what they do. Special thanks to Salvo at the front desk. He’s a standout. Speaks multiple languages, including Chinese. Professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He gave me a personalized trip plan, listed local spots worth visiting, and never got tired of my questions. Rare to find this level of care. The room: clean, compact, and comfortable. Good enough for working online without any issues. The included breakfast is decent: breads, cheeses, hams, and cold cuts. Drink choices are solid too. The hotel is close to Rialto Bridge, which means the area’s prices can be high, but the convenience and access are unbeatable. Would absolutely stay again. The staff alone make it worth it.

It feels like I have discovered hidden gems. The surroundings are so beautiful, and the service of the hotel is superb. Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.
