Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day.

Leider an der Autobahn und damit laut. Die Badewanne wurde erfolglos versucht mit Farbe zu reparieren. Die Farbe hat sich großflächig abgelöst. Ein NoGo für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Room is big with fancy decorations but some places still have many dust. Got small fridge , only 1 lift is working when we reached. 1.5km away from train station which is not really convenient by walking because the roas not really smooth, hurts your luggage

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance.

Có một cây cầu để đi bộ qua, khá dễ dàng để mang theo hành lý và tùy thuộc vào thời gian trong ngày/đêm, có nhân viên khuân vác hành lý tại ga, họ có thể mang hành lý với một khoản phí nhỏ (khoảng 5 đô la một kiện). Phòng nhỏ hơn, khoảng 19m2, có một giường cỡ Queen và một giường đơn, vừa đủ cho thời gian ngắn ngủi chúng tôi ở lại, chủ yếu là ngủ vì chúng tôi ra ngoài khám phá mọi thứ. Phòng không có tầm nhìn nhưng cửa sổ có thể mở được và điều hòa hoạt động tốt. Một điểm cộng nữa là TV nhỏ và vòi sen trên bồn tắm cũng có sữa tắm và sữa rửa mặt, khăn tắm có giá treo khăn sưởi ấm. Một lần nữa, phòng nhỏ nhưng đủ cho những gì chúng tôi cần. Có cả phòng hướng nhìn. Tầng 1 và 2 có cầu thang (không có thang máy) nhưng nhân viên sẽ hỗ trợ nếu bạn yêu cầu, tuy nhiên, tất cả mọi người, bao gồm cả chúng tôi, đều tự mang hành lý. Nhận phòng rất tuyệt vời và sáng hôm sau gặp Angel, người đã cho chúng tôi ở thêm hai đêm nữa và giữ chúng tôi ở cùng phòng. Bữa sáng rất đầy đủ với trà/cà phê, nước ép, trái cây, bánh ngọt, bánh mì nướng, giăm bông, phô mai, cà chua và Nutella, mứt, v.v. - sữa chua và granola/yến mạch yêu thích của tôi. Vị trí tuyệt vời nhất, hãy mua vé tàu công cộng 24, 48 hoặc dài hơn để sử dụng trong suốt thời gian lưu trú và cũng đưa bạn đến Murano và Burano. Vị trí, Vị trí, Vị trí!

Rất gần ga tàu, vị trí tuyệt vời. Có nhiều nhà hàng gần đó. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích. Tôi đến sớm hơn giờ nhận phòng và họ đã giúp tôi cất hành lý vào phòng chứa đồ. Phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ nhưng giường và gối không được thoải mái lắm. Nhìn chung đây là một lựa chọn rất tốt cho một khách sạn giá rẻ.

WE SPENT ONE NIGHT THERE. WE LIKED EVERYTHING.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

No words to say really and the fact that the guy who was resptionist told me this is not my responsibility and I am not a waiter to bring blankets for you was anoteher level. I really like to discuss this with their manager because I've been to that hotel before and I aimed to go again but I don't think so anymore. Not me and my family! The receptionist was not professional and they expected me to go to their other building to collect the blankets that they did not provide! They were rude that they wanted to get to my room with out prior permission from me to check if the room actually has blankets or not!!!! They did not trust my words as a guest!!! this was so not respectful and of course I did not let them in to the room at 11 pm while my parents are sleeping and told them to check the room while I am checking out in the morning!! OMG I was waiting for blanket since 12 pm!!!! And they said you should come and collect it because we don't have staff!!!! a 4 star hotel! And once I went there they actually had 2 staff!

Avevo prenotato la solita camera matrimoniale al primo piano, ma quando sono arrivato in camera mi sono trovato i letti separati. Quindi sono ritornato in reception e mi hanno messo su una camera al 5 piano non all’altezza delle camere dei piani inferiori.
