Room is great size and has all the basic amenities you'll need in a three star hotel. It's clean and definitely updated compared to how it used to look years ago. Unfortunately, there's no AC, bed is a bit smaller compared to standard hotel. Bathroom was leaking when showering. Tap needs greasing as it was a bit stiff to lift. W/C flush needs fixing so it flushes properly. WiFi was very slow and intermittent. The reception area as well as the building exterior unfortunately still looks tired and dated still after so many years. I wish they'd repaint it as it's next to the bus station. Also, the breakfast food were overcooked. Bacon, chewy, hash brown looks likes cooked in used oil as it's so brown rather than golden colour. The brown bread taste bitter. The coffee wasn't nice either. I think it's time that Britannia invest in modernising their Coventry City centre chain. .

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

Tricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring. There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful. I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation. Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always.

Nice relaxing place, beautiful garden. Only issue I had no water available at night. Vending machine cash only. Rest of hotel card only. Reception staff were not helpful. Could not offer a glass of water. Disappointed.

We watched a Liverpool match while eating dinner. Brilliant! Breakfast was amaizing. The kids enjoyed the golf 💯

Phòng khá rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có đủ hệ thống sưởi, nên thay giường sofa bằng giường đơn. Vị trí rất tuyệt, cách ga Xinjie 5 phút và n*** trong khu phố Tàu, nơi hoàn toàn có thể làm hài lòng dạ dày của người Trung Quốc. Phòng cũng phải chăng, rất hài lòng!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 với vị trí tuyệt vời gần ga tàu! Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ thực sự dễ chịu tại Khách sạn Britannia Birmingham New Street. Phòng rộng rãi, gọn gàng và rất sạch sẽ, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái và thư giãn sau một ngày dài khám phá thành phố. Vị trí trung tâm của khách sạn rất hoàn hảo — chỉ cách ga tàu, các cửa hàng và nhà hàng một quãng đi bộ ngắn, rất thuận tiện cho cả chuyến công tác và giải trí. Nhân viên thân thiện và niềm nở, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ điều gì tôi cần. Chỉ hơi ồn một chút vì phòng tôi nằm cạnh con phố có chợ Giáng sinh, nhưng phòng được bảo trì tốt. Nhìn chung, đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời — giá cả hợp lý, phòng sạch sẽ và vị trí thuận tiện. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây và nhiệt tình giới thiệu cho bất kỳ ai đến thăm Birmingham.

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Receception is very polite and helpful , Very clean and nice room and toilet, hotel is quiet and perfect place for get away!

Ngân sách IBIS chính xác là như vậy. Nhưng nó tiện dụng, sạch sẽ và là nơi lý tưởng để thư giãn trong một buổi tối. Điều này sẽ thật tuyệt vời nếu không có hệ thống làm mát tiện nghi không hoạt động và đồ đạc trong nhà vệ sinh rơi ra khỏi tường (cả hai đều được báo cáo cho bàn tiếp tân).
