Hotel is situated in an office-like building judging by the entrance, or it could be an apartment, i'm not sure. Only 1 lift out of 6 serves the hotel. The room was really nice, especially the bathroom. The only minor issue i had in the room is the cleaning staff left a few sticky streaks on the floor mid-way through my stay. Washing machines and dryers were very useful, though the provided iron is too small and the ironing board legs were broken. The carpark entrance malfunctions often as it fails to detect cars exiting, many drivers resort to honking in the hope that a staff member nearby will open the gate. However, it’s unclear whether there is anyone assigned to manage this as i did not see any booth or place for carpark staff.

Very clean and super helpful service! Also amazing location, steps away from old street and the river to go on runs. Only downside was that despite being in a non smoking room, I could smell smoke every time I walked in (maybe from a neighboring room). Thankfully the AC and open windows helped! Overall, would highly recommend this hotel! The owner / manager is very sweet.

AAinara | 小爱The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. FFury.SakuraThe Jiuhua Mountains Julong Hotel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance of the Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area. It was very convenient to venture around the mountain by foot. As for food, we didn’t quite get accustomed to the flavors, especially with the spices. The breakfast at Julong Hotel was good, but it can get crowded before 8 am. There is no gym in the hotel. It snowed on the 3rd day and it was chilly. The room was equiped with heater so it was ok. The walkway outside the hotel room can be very noisy, especially with kids running and adults talking. Otherwise, the overall experience was good.

We loved our stay at Villa Emerald Valley especially due to: + Lovely hosts: super friendly, multi generational, from the neighborhood and always keen to fulfill all our wishes even before we knew them + Bright, modern, clean and cosy rooms: Big windows, clean and modern bathroom facilities (great hot shower that is truly needed after a day in the mountain), really comfy beds, water boiler, etc. + Nice common area: game room, restaurant, tea table, small pool + Tasty food: breakfast, lunch and dinner freshly prepared, many options (also vegetarian), fresh fruits and tea, decent prices -＞ we loved their tomato&egg, bamboo, qingcai and tofu dishes + Smooth communication and great service: quick responses via WeChat, airport pick up (200¥ one way), support with ticket booking for huangshan, carrying luggage, extra fruits, etc. + Emerging into the community: as it was tea harvest time, the hosts took us to the tea mountain close by where we could help picking tea leaves + Location: huangshan is overall really touristy with a lot of group tourism and thus overall probably not the nicest place to stay for a longer time. However, the home stay, while being close to all main tourist attractions, lies very calm and right beside the mountains where locals live and work, so it does not feel touristy at all and you could easily spend several days there to explore and relax Also , the hosts can speak some English, so communication for foreigners is not a problem.

SSiewJooFloral Songye is very service-oriented. Shon, who can speak English, helped us plan our hiking trips and advised us on the nearby attractions. They helped us get rides and book us tickets at a lower price than we can get them ourselves. They also provided us with free rides to and from Huangshan and nearby attractions. They have quite a good menu at their restaurant and the food is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and they provided us with free tea and snacks. The hotel is right next to the beautiful Emerald Valley. We would definitely stay with this family hotel again when we next visit Huangshan.

Phong cảnh tuyệt đẹp n*** bên ngoài cửa sổ kính suốt từ trần đến sàn, có cả rèm che nắng tự động. Phòng rộng rãi cho 4 người và chúng tôi rất thích máy chiếu và không gian để thư giãn. Tiện nghi: máy giặt và máy sấy miễn phí trên sân thượng. Bữa sáng được cung cấp và phục vụ ăn uống cả ngày như một nhà hàng tại chính nhà trọ!
