WOW- I was completely amazed by how clean, modern, confy, and convenient the hostel was. The beds all came with a separate locker section (operated by card key) and multiple shelves, and my compartment was able to close off using pull-down curtains. One of the things that stood out about this stay was the check-in and out processes, as they were fully automated and did not require staff intervention. I was able to swiftly do them. The staff were also very kind, and there seemed to always be somebody at the front desk, as there was a member at the front desk even at 5AM. One thing which might be improved are the bathrooms, since the floor is almost constantly wet from the shower section on the further end side of the room. Overall, I am very satisfied by the stay and if I were to visit Bratislava again, I would like to book here.

The lobby and breakfast area are very modern, clean, and the breakfast buffet is very good food with plenty choices and several coffee machines as well as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh bread, and toast, several different types of sausages, beans, yogurt, salads, cold, cuts, and several different types of cheese. My room was modern with a good size TV and a very large bathroom. My only complaints are that the carpets in the bedroom and the hallways are dirty.

The location is ok, easy to reach the old town, the castle or climb the hill for the city panoramic view. Tesco express is not super far. The room is with impressive 4 meter ceilings and huge bath tub. All would have been good if not paper thin wall or terrible sound isolation from other rooms, I could hear very clearly what my neighbors were talking and they weren’t event talking loud. Luckily my neighbors went to sleep around 11 PM.

Vị trí tốt, dịch vụ khách hàng tuyệt vời. Căn phòng lớn với thiết kế hiện đại, đầy đủ với ấm đun nước điện (có cà phê, trà & dưa bình thường) & tủ lạnh nhỏ. Lựa chọn tốt trong bữa sáng tự chọn. Đó là một sự ấn tượng tuyệt vời khi họ đặt tên khách vào t.v của phòng & một thẻ nhỏ từ nhân viên dọn phòng. Tôi hài lòng với sự sạch sẽ, đến khi tôi thấy một vết bẩn trong chăn bông / tấm nệm (có vẻ như máu cũ). Mình chỉ thấy vào sáng trả phòng khi tình cờ mở chăn bông khi mình đang dọn dẹp giường. Tôi đã đề cập với nhân viên lễ tân & cô ấy nói sẽ phản hồi với dọn phòng.

It was about a 8 mins walk from the main train station with some mild upslope. Take note there’s a flight of few steps going down to the hotel. However the rooms are so intricately designed with good amenities! They also gave free water, beer, and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Bed and pillows were comfy. One of the top hotels, if not the best, in Bratislava!

Great hotel, comfortable. Twin room, what I got was literally above nightclub, so very kind gentleman from reception swapped it to double bed away from club noise. Good night sleep and breakfast was lovely. Perfect central location.

TTài khoản kháchMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍
