This hotel was so beautiful, and very comfortable. They say the area is not safe to walk at night, but I didn't find it inconvenient. I really liked my stay and would love to come back

Big disappointment. Booked it for the last 2 days of our holiday with intention to relax. They provided us with a room but we had to changed it after one night because they started to do some maintenance work on that floor. The second room had moist problems, a bad smell and a wet floor in the bathroom. People working there are very indifferent to their guests with some exception. Pool is nice but staff is very busy chatting with each other instead of looking after their guests. Way to overpriced. Much better options around with better pricing and service!

internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.

Ký túc xá tuyệt vời! Vị trí thuận tiện, dễ dàng đi từ sân bay bằng tàu điện ngầm. Rất ấm cúng! Và mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ! Phòng sinh hoạt chung có bàn đầu giường, tủ sắt có khóa, máy lạnh, giường thoải mái, khăn trải giường sạch sẽ! Có một nhà bếp với tất cả các thiết bị cần thiết, bi-a, bóng bàn và những nơi thư giãn! Có con vẹt, một con rất nói nhiều. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, niềm nở, luôn sẵn sàng giúp đỡ và giải đáp mọi thắc mắc! Tôi cảm thấy rất ấm cúng, thoải mái và vui vẻ khi ở đây! Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The hotel was great location and easy to get around. The here was a little mart and restaurant right next door and it was delicious and service was great too. A great experience all around.

Big, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Beautiiful pool area. Excellent location. This is a charming old hotel in desperate need of some updates. The carpets are old, filthy and full of mold. The air conditioning vents constantly drip water and need replacing. The safes in the rooms also need replacing.

No tiene la opción para no molestar a la hora del aseo y el huésped no se encuentra en la habitación, un poco grosero el personal, no cuentan con nevera.

Internet didn't work much, sometime is on but most of the time off. TV was large but picture was not center so could not read far right and control does not work all the time, we had trouble turning on and off, had to tried push buttons many time before finally worked. Hotel should provide couple of wash towels and glass drinking cups instead style form cups. it is not important but would have been nice to have lotion. Love the flooring because it is not carpet like most of hotel, feels much more clean. bed were comfortable. breakfast buffet was good.
