英語が通じないと、英語全然喋れないんだけど…と文句を言われました。部屋は、普通でした。汚くもキレイでもないです。でもドライヤーはなく、設備は充実していません。シャワーの出と温度はよかったです。朝食バイキングは、ジュースが美味しく無かったです。全体的に辛かったです。

Overall, the hotel has very good ambience. Room and bathroom is good. Quite convenient place. On the negative side, choice of b/f is limited for veg items. More importantly, staff at the restaurant have some kind of attitude. They do not have manners to greet the customers and show blanch faces. Do not consider the customers feedback.

I stayed at Noah Spire with my mom and daughter for 3 days. Our experience was lovely. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel has a brand new feel to it. The rooms are spacious and the three of us had ample space and never felt crammed. A special mention to Miss Sumi from the dining room, Miss Minakshi Sarkar from housekeeping and Mr Kunal from front desk for their friendly demeanour and dedication. Overall a very nice experience

The room that was provided was very clean, spacious and well decorated. Also, the attached bathroom was clean and spacious. There were all the amenities provided like ac, tv etc. Also, food was available in the hotel itself when requested. Even cab was arranged from the hotel itself for sightseeing. Overall very happy with the accommodation.

The resort had a pleasant atmosphere. Food was the standout, taste was excellent, portion size was good. Hospitality was also very good. Rooms were spacious and well maintained but there was some issue about connecting to the wifi. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, no dental kit was provided. Morning buffet had very few items.

If anybody coming for Tripura Sundari (a.k.a. Matabari) temple darshan, then u will miss the 04:00 morning darshan as the hotel management closes the shutter at night and opens at 4:30 to safeguard the property from any likelihood of theft. Although I had a very pleasant experience with me as the first pilgrim to reach at around 05:00 due to lack of transport facility (autos start running only after 5:00) . Proximity (around 2.6Km) of the hotel to the temple is deeply appreciated as one can walk his way through in the morning. I faced issue with hotel management regarding the shutter opening and water not coming in the bathroom. Rest was fine. Clean bed and good atmosphere. Perfect for pilgrimage stay. People around the temple especially the auto drivers are very helping and have deep respect for the pilgrims who arrive there. Book only if u r fine with 5-6 slot for darshan given the auto availablity and shutter opening timings as discussed above.
