I had an amazing stay, largely thanks to Lotti at the front desk.From the moment I walked in, Lotti was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Lotti also helped us to order delivery foods late in the night when we're too lazy to step out. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Love this place 😘. Everything that I ever wanted to live in an ancient town, this place has ALL to offer. The basement mall is just outside the ancient city where shopping and food malls even a large sized supermarket are all within reach. Matcha cafe is also just 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Will come again. Love Tongren!

Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

JJohn Charles ChasteenThe Creekside Inn has modern, elegantly designed rooms (I can’t emphasize that enough), a very good location with beautiful views, and a friendly, capable staff, that truly goes out of its way to be helpful— all of this at quite favorable prices. The water is hot and the bed is heated for winter in the mountains. I stayed four days, and would’ve stayed longer had I had time, just because I felt so wonderfully at home there. I left with plans to return with my wife next year. English spoken. Oh，and I got a splendid breakfast tailored to my individual dietary requirements! I have visited 35 countries and traveled all over China, and I have never been happier with my accommodations anywhere!

GGan Yung ChyanThis hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

TTài khoản khách趕着暑假的尾巴，臨時決定帶娃説走就走貴州走一圈，也是第一次單獨帶娃出行。因為要去黃果樹，而且第二天還要高鐵出行，選擇入住安順西周邊。因為自己也做酒店行業，看了一圈實在沒有能看的上的，偶然看到這家名字特別的民宿，看了評論果斷選了，結果大超預期，從設施到衞生，從環境到便利性，從兩位可愛的老闆到入住認識的朋友，都成了這一週旅程的難忘回憶。 交通核位置：蘭州西站就幾分鐘車程，對於去黃果樹瀑布是很不錯的選擇，尤其對於第二天回貴陽或者繼續下一站行程的朋友你；老闆娘推薦的用車非常靠譜，車好師傅熱情，同時也享受了老闆大寶馬送站；另外民宿周邊的餐飲選擇非常多，老闆娘推薦的“一個人的鄉愁”百年滋味，非常贊，據傳老闆為了這200多個餐位的餐飲蓋了一座城，菜品，服務，環境，性價比，都非常滿意！另外民宿周邊餐飲非常多，能滿足不同人羣的各種需求！ 設施和衞生：老闆和老闆娘常年國外生活，選擇在故鄉置業這套別墅，花巨資匠心裝修，設施的品質從各處點滴顯露無疑，作為一個特別挑剔的五星級酒店從業者，我想説不輸五星級酒店的硬件和耗品（比如布草）。衞生更是大讚，老闆娘多衞生的要求極高，完全接受不了僱大姐大草地品質，都是自己親力親為，就衞生而言讓我這個五星級酒店的管理者都信服！ 服務和氛圍：已經提到很多，但忍不住還要説更多。老闆娘看我帶娃入住，免費升級了更大的大床房間，甚至都沒有告訴我,直到後來閑聊才知道；入職前詢問洗衣是否方便，老闆娘讓我到了直接把臟衣服扔給她處理，我直接不厚道給了兩次臟衣服（11/12件）;現磨的咖啡建議朋友們一定要嘗試....做一家好酒店，好民宿，我個人覺得：下者，全力做好硬件和標準化服務，此為大部分；中者，個性化，定製化，人性化，能做到的已不多；上者，營造氛圍，這氛圍讓員工和客人都樂在其中。我想説，咖薩麗瑞安已經是第三種，入住期間，認識了在住的幾位朋友，晚上在花園暢聊，愜意舒適的同時又收穫頗豐，談笑有鴻儒，往來無白丁？ 忍不住絮絮叨叨寫了一些，雖然衹有一晚，的確很驚喜，我們幾位住客暢聊中忍不住説，來安順沒有其他選擇。止於此，祝老闆和老闆娘堅持品質，生意興隆，下次貴州行必然再見！

TTài khoản khách酒店的服務和環境值得稱道。從入住時前台的耐心引導，到客房服務的及時響應，工作人員始終保持着周到的態度，細節處能感受到專業素養。酒店毗鄰安順西站，卻巧妙避開了交通喧囂，無論是客房休息還是公共區域活動，都能享受到難得的安靜，很適合旅途休整 。 硬件設施的反差較為明顯。酒店以巴洛克風格打造，大堂富麗堂皇如宮殿般氣派，客房面積寬敞，衞生間配備浴缸等豪華配置，一眼可見其高端定位。但部分設施已顯陳舊。 最令人失望的是早餐環節。作為收費78元/位的自助餐，其菜品種類與價格嚴重不匹配，既沒有凸顯本地特色的招牌美食，常規餐食的豐富度也不足，性價比偏低，成為此次入住的最大短板。
