The interior design of the hotel features a mid-century style. Both the public areas and the guest rooms are very clean and well maintained—credit to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. However, the front desk service needs significant improvement. Upon arrival, there seemed to be an issue with the front desk computer system. The only staff member on duty was clearly aware that guests were waiting to check in, yet she did not even look up. Instead, she kept her head down and muttered to herself for a full five minutes without acknowledging anyone. At check-out today, I asked another front desk staff member for a receipt (or any document confirming that the room charges had been fully settled). Her attitude was extremely rude, and she bluntly told me that they had no right to provide such a document, not even by email. I would simply like to say to this front desk lady: please do not treat guests like they are ignorant. After I firmly explained that I needed proof of the deposit refund, she finally and reluctantly printed the document for me. The front desk staff at the Hilton Brussels clearly require better training. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in Europe—even at high-end hotels, service staff are often poorly trained. 酒店內部裝潢是mid century風格，公共空間跟客房環境都相當整潔乾淨，給清潔團隊一個讚！但櫃檯人員就有待加強。抵達入住時櫃檯電腦似乎出問題，櫃檯唯一的一個服務人員知道旅客們在等入住，連看旅客都不看一眼，就低著頭自顧自一直碎碎念長達五分鐘。今天退房時請另外一位櫃檯的人員給我一張收據（我有註明或是其他證明房間款項結清的文件都可以），人員態度非常差的跟我說：我們沒有權利給你這份文件，連用電子郵件寄送也不行。只想跟櫃檯這位小姐說不要把客人當**好嗎？後來我又據理力爭說那我需要押金的取消證明，她才勉勉強強印出來給我。布魯塞爾希爾頓酒店的櫃檯人員訓練有待加強，但這好像是歐洲通病，歐洲就算是高檔酒店的服務人員都欠訓練。

Phòng nhỏ nhưng đủ cho một du khách đi một mình trong vài ngày. Phòng khá sạch sẽ và được dọn dẹp hàng ngày. Không có ấm đun nước, tủ lạnh hoặc két an toàn trong phòng. Giường thoải mái, nước rất nóng và khăn sạch hàng ngày. Vị trí tuyệt vời, rất gần ga tàu, nhưng vẫn có thể đi bộ đến trung tâm.

Khách sạn nằm rất gần Ga Brussels North và ga xe lửa đường dài Filxbus, chỉ mất 10 phút đi bộ. Có một đồn cảnh sát bên cạnh khách sạn. Cá nhân tôi không cảm thấy khu vực Ga Bắc nguy hiểm như những gì được viết trên Internet. Khách sạn rất cũ và sẽ không dọn phòng của bạn mỗi ngày. Chưa kể đến nước đóng chai, thậm chí không có cốc giấy hoặc cốc nhựa. Không cần phải nghĩ đến ấm đun nước. Những bình luận của người khác nói rằng việc lưu trữ hành lý ở đây rất không đều đặn. Sau khi đặt phòng, tôi đã hủy trong vòng 10 phút, nhưng khách sạn từ chối hủy. Kết quả là tôi đã trả 120 euro một đêm. Nếu khách sạn này có giá hơn 70 euro, đừng đặt phòng vì nó không đáng. Khách sạn này chỉ đáng giá với mức giá dưới 70 euro.

Tôi giới thiệu khách sạn, nhân viên sẵn sàng phục vụ bạn. Khách sạn nằm cạnh tàu điện ngầm, cách ga xe lửa và bến xe buýt vài phút. Nhà hàng rất sang trọng và đáng giá. Về phòng thì rất sạch sẽ và không có tiếng ồn khi bạn ngủ. Một điểm hơi tiêu cực là Roomservice chỉ phục vụ 3 loại món ăn. Nhưng bất chấp điều này, tôi giới thiệu khách sạn này cho những người đang tìm kiếm một khách sạn sang trọng với mức giá hợp lý.

Room and building are almost clean. It takes 10 min from La Grand Palace, It's not so far. If you want to go to the Central station, using the underground is very nice.

Khách sạn Le Plaza Brussels thực sự xứng đáng với tên gọi của mình, khiến du khách cảm thấy như hoàng gia n*** từ khi bước vào. Dịch vụ hoàn hảo, với đội ngũ nhân viên luôn nỗ lực hết mình để đảm bảo một kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ. Các phòng rộng rãi và được bài trí trang nhã, mang đến nơi nghỉ ngơi thoải mái sau một ngày khám phá thành phố. The location is super. Service is pleasant. But the cleaning is not good. there is a lot of dirt in my room and there is pooh on the side of the toilet when i checked in.. it was really disgusting.

It’s a lovely hotel with good location, although a little bit dated and could do with a refurbishment. The rooms are however very comfortable. The cost for breakfast I thought was very high at approximately 40 euros per person. I opted to walk around the corner and get coffee

The location is convenient, right next to a metro station, a mall, and a busy shopping street, definitely a plus. However, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area, and going back and forth can get a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing. The room size is average, not too small, but with two open suitcases it felt a bit tight. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I personally dislike the half-glass shower door design that makes the floor wet (same issue here). The building and carpets felt a bit old and worn, but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough, and I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Staff experience was mixed, some were friendly and smiling, while others were quite cold. One disappointing part was when we asked about a late check-out; the answer was an immediate “no” without even checking availability, which felt unfriendly given the hotel didn’t seem busy.
