TTài khoản kháchOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

TTài khoản kháchArrived late at night, check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean, and got everything we needed. Kids love the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, staffs are very nice and helpful. A/C was loud, but our kids were able to sleep through it, so it was not a big issue. Overall, a friendly, simple accommodation , we were happy with our stay.

MMichelle McVeighThe stay was ok. However getting from the parking lot to the front door was kind of long and it was in an alley way so walking by yourself didn't feel too comfortable. Disappointed the pool was permanently closed. My room was clean but run down. It really needs to be redone. Breakfast was decent but not great. The one nice thing the hotel downtown was extend my checkout until 12pm.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience.
Cleanliness:
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The microwave was dirty, and I found a stain in the fridge. Additionally, the hairdryer had a noticeable stain on it, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, there was an unpleasant smell of burnt food that lingered throughout the night, making the stay uncomfortable.
Overall:
While the staff's friendliness was a highlight, the poor room cleanliness significantly detracted from the overall experience. Improvements in housekeeping are essential.

RRoaming DogIf you’re on your way to Manitoulin Island, this hotel is a good base. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the island. There are a few chain restaurants nearby and a grocery store.
The hotel staff are courteous and helpful and had me checked-in in a matter of minutes. Checking out of the hotel you just leave your keys in the room and off you go.
There is ample parking in the front and rear of the hotel and is monitored with cctv cameras. You can also just look out of your hotel room window and see your car if you’re worried about theft.
I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfy and quiet night of rest.

However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been waived. There were a few missing amenities such as an iron and ironing board, and the pool was not ready for use during our stay. Noticed a strong odor upon entering room also when the AC was turned on—possibly due to nearby smoking areas. Would not recommend for families with young children or non-smokers.
