Coastal Charm: Victoria Phan Thiet

During our return to Mui Ne, we stayed at the expansive Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa, set on 7 hectares of lush gardens along the coastline. The resort’s blend of nostalgic Vietnamese architecture and modern comforts was a highlight, with rustic thatched-roof bungalows providing an authentic yet luxurious feel. Since we checked in early, we explored the resort and had lunch at L'Océane restaurant, where East-West fusion cuisine and ocean views made for an unforgettable experience. The buttered bread was especially memorable—so delicious that I couldn’t resist two servings! For the best experience, I recommend booking a seaside bungalow to fully enjoy the sound of the waves right from your room. Pair that with a little wine and snacks, and your evening will be perfect. Victoria’s beach is stunning and perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or kitesurfing, and jogging along the shore is also a wonderful way to enjoy the scenery. The resort provides everything you need, including quick check-in, free Wi-Fi, a spa, gym, and a variety of sports activities.
