Silence has a sound in Ladakh

Ladakh is like nowhere else I’ve been – vast mountains, endless skies, and a silence that speaks volumes. I started in Leh, a peaceful mountain town filled with monasteries, prayer flags, and kind smiles. Pangong Tso completely blew me away. The lake shifts colors all day – from deep blue to icy silver – and the quiet was almost surreal. Watching sunrise from a tent by the lake was unforgettable. Tso Moriri was even more remote, more untouched. Fewer people, more soul. It felt sacred, like nature's hidden sanctuary. Ladakh isn’t just a destination – it’s a feeling.
