Fusion of asian and western food

Room 19 was nice. The food was good. It's a bit of Asian & Western fusion. The food tastes very good and the plating is very aesthetic. The latte art was so cute. They used the seven seeds coffee beans and it which were nice. A balanced profile, but they overly steamed the milk. Their sandwich was nice, but not very special. The portion was a bit small. The mayura wagyu burger was the bomb with fantastic flavour from every ingredient. The fries on the side were delicious also. Corn ribs are amazing. Great coffee too.
