"Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward."

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. "Everyone was extremely friendly, our room was clean, they leave a cute little duck on the bathtub which I think is a cute idea especially if you have little ones. It’s in a great area lots of restaurants and stores around and easy access to get back to the freeway. I’d definitely recommend staying here."
