The innkeeper retains security at the hostel through the night and morning. It really feels safe to know someone is at the compound door. They gave me top floor room which has a great view of old town square and the bridge across the water. The highlight of this property really is being a stone’s throw from Gdansk’s nightlife district. You don’t need to worry about catching the bus.

Staying at The Radisson Gdansk was not just a trip—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil lobby scented with yuzu and cedar, we were immersed in elegance and refinement.
Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience.
Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.

Hotel komfortowy, położenie świetne, fajny basen na dachu, wygodne łóżko, jedzenie naprawdę bardzo smaczne-tost z jajkiem po benedyktyńsku pyszny, polecam na śniadanie :-)
Sam hotel jak i w pokojach czysto, cicho, można wypocząć od miastowego zgiełku....cennik dań i alkoholi raczej dla zachodnich turystów :-) ale,...ale kto decyduje się na pobyt w dobrych, polskich hotelach nie powinien komentować cen :-))) przecież widzimy co wybieramy.

Check in/out was fast and easy. Room was super clean and tidy. Shower had good water pressure and easy to control water temperature. Wifi simple to connect to and the breakfast was fantastic.

One of the most satisfied hostels I’ve stayed in Europe at such good price. 24/7 reception. Free water refill machine. Free good wifi. Separated male and female toilet and shower rooms (all in same floor tho), all-in-one shower gel(?) and hair dryers equipped. Many lockers on the floor (need to ask reception for the lock I think but not sure). New bed sheet, duvet sheet and pillow case provided. Very clean overall. Each bed has own x1 plug for charging and x1 reading light. View is amazing. Very good location (close to old town). Stunning view on rooftop (I didn’t upload the pics for the view tho), residents can get drinks there. Staff are very efficient and helpful, even the residents are really nice. The rooms and washroom/toilet are bright and spacious. Bins in each room. Restaurant right on G/F. AND the convenience store is just 1 min away. Kitchen with fridge, cups and utensils equipped, although the pan and pots are a bit old(?), I don’t need to cook anyway. Luggage storage available for residents. I feel very safe as a solo female traveler. I booked this only the night before but didn’t expect I would be this satisfied, what a good surprise to me. Making my experience here extra good.

The hotel has a great location—very close to the old town and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
Parking: The hotel offers underground parking located in a nearby building. However, it is quite expensive. Just across from the entrance to that building, there's a public parking lot available at about half the price. It might be worth considering this more economical option.
Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel is on the pricier side compared to similar hotels. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby restaurants where you can enjoy a more budget-friendly breakfast in a relaxed, non-hotel setting.

Top location - just in the heart of the old town of Gdansk. Spotless clean and modern. Super comfy bed and linen! Hot and clean shower, very good water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Breakfast that changes daily, good choice from local delicacies. Highly recommended! Pet friendly. Around 20e per pet per stay!

I had a really nice stay at Hola. The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful.The rooms are very elegant , clean and fresh.I cant say enough about the beds , very comfortable and gave me a good night rest.They also provide some water, tea and coffee in the room.The hotel is located close to the centre so i was able to access different points of the city from that point, its at a really convenient location.Their breakfasts was really nutritious and delicious , so many options to choose from.Overall this is a cozy and and comfortable hotel and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdynia!!

W łazience wanna i prysznic. Uśmiechnięty personel. Możliwość rezerwacji parkingu. Restauracja MDWA fine dining. Naprawdę warto, choć ceny niemałe.

The room was nice, it was in the new section.
The new section has a separate entrance, requiring registration at main entrance.
Breakfast had 6-7 choices to order from and service was pretty fast.
Had two bath towels and one washcloth
They did supply shampoo/body wash though.
We had air conditioning
Overall a pretty good experience and we loved Gdansk.

Nowa część posiada osobne wejście, wymagające rejestracji przy wejściu głównym.
Śniadanie miało 6–7 opcji do zamówienia, a obsługa była dość szybka.
Miałem dwa ręczniki kąpielowe i jedną myjkę
Dostarczyli jednak szampon / płyn do mycia ciała.
Mieliśmy klimatyzację
Ogólnie całkiem niezłe doświadczenie i bardzo nam się podobało w Gdańsku.

Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else.
I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.
