I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now.

Phòng khá cũ nhưng sạch sẽ. Quầy lễ tân không có tính cách dễ chịu. Ngoài ra, có một đám cưới vào ngày chúng tôi đặt chỗ và được thông báo rằng chúng tôi không thể sử dụng hồ bơi vào ngày chúng tôi đăng ký và cam chỉ sử dụng nó vào ngày hôm sau. Với mức giá đã đặt và có 3 phòng, tôi tin rằng mức giá này không công bằng vì bao gồm cả việc sử dụng hồ bơi cho toàn bộ thời gian lưu trú. Trong trường hợp này, mức giá vào ngày khách không thể sử dụng hồ bơi sẽ có mức giá thấp hơn.

Chúng tôi đã đến Estancia vào đêm Giáng sinh năm ngoái và trả phòng vào đúng ngày Giáng sinh. Thời tiết chủ yếu âm u và mưa suốt thời gian chúng tôi ở lại nên cũng dễ hiểu tại sao chúng tôi không thể thưởng thức được cảnh đẹp. Điểm trừ duy nhất của khu nghỉ dưỡng này là cơ sở vật chất kém và đồ ăn hạn chế. Thang máy không hoạt động, và con tôi cùng bố mẹ già khó ra ngoài vì cầu thang trơn trượt và lầy lội. Đồ ăn cũng hạn chế, chúng tôi phải lái xe ra ngoài để tìm nhà hàng. Khu nghỉ dưỡng trông rất đẹp, hy vọng các bạn sẽ cải thiện việc cải tạo.

The hotel staffs were accommodating. However, upon checking in, supplies like tissue paper and bottled waters weren't sufficient with the duration of our stay. Yes, it can be requested, but we somehow expected to have at least 2 rolls of tissue for a family of five that's staying for 3d&2n. The location of the hotel is not really accessible for someone who doesn't have a car though they provide shuttle services around the vicinity of the hotel only (it is not what is advertised that we saw on socials). Ride-hailing apps aren't available in the area and metered taxi arrangements are too expensive for a short trip. Free breakfast are also offered in buffet style and plated (depending on the day). It was good. The Bar Cielo is something I would recommend to only have an experienced but not something to return to. Amenities like games have a discount if you're an in-house guest. Heated pool and gym are the only amenities you can enjoy for free. In a nutshell, the treatment of the staffs are great. The location and availability of tnvs makes the stay stressful. The experience to the hotel was worth coming back bringing our own car. Ps. The road leading to the hotel is very steep.

Taal Vista is a good place to stay when you’re in Tagaytay. There’s nothing more relaxing than getting an unobstructed view of Taal lake while having breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Taal Vista offers a variety of food such as Filipino staples, salad, and bread, among others, which I really enjoyed. The rooms are not new but are clean well-maintained nonetheless (kudos to their cleaners who clean the rooms everyday!). If you’re after a serene place, this is the place to go. But if you want newer facilities, then you might want to consider looking for another hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kimberly a lot! The experience was truly fun-filled, especially for families. There were so many enjoyable activities such as the Merry Market, movie night, scavenger hunt, feeding the animals, and the bonfire, which made our stay extra special. The playgrounds were also a big hit and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids had fun. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely love to come back.

I would also like to highlight the excellent service provided by the staff. The meals were delicious, with a wide range of options, and the service was prompt and attentive. Special mention to angelica,kar,jerome who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their dedication and customer-first approach truly made a difference. Rrina chinIt has always been relaxing and homey to stay at Canyon Cove. My husband and I have been its customers since 2018 (except during pandemic era).  There are quite a lot of improvements in terms of home and continuous ramp-up of its services - staff have become more attentive, accommodating and helpful. However there certain things that I, personally would like to see retained like - the wooden windows which add nostalgia and old style appeal to it. It’s like a fusion of old and new - modern TVs, new ACs, working safe (for valuables), electronic doors and the old personal ref (kindly fix lavatory faucet in room 507).  I love the breakfast buffet - the coffee is superb…the  by-request egg cooking has a long waiting line (the cooked eggs I believe would be good already unless you increase the number that cooks the by-request omelette). We also love the sinner grilled food by the sea. One comment on the free dinner though (for the condo presentation). it lessens the crowd for the dinner cook-out, it somehow getting abused by people. The cook-out dinner has become sad when it used to be so much fun. Hoping to see more improvements like building ramps to the beach for seniors to enjoy the sea.  Over-all it was fun, relaxing and lovely to experience Canyon Cove and God’s beauty surrounding it. I will keep coming back.

The employees were really kind and helpful. The drawback is that the hotel is two decades old, and some of its components are degrading. Perhaps renovations will restore the hotel's magnificent facade and make it seem like it used to. Over all we appreciate the staff, and the room rate it was very reasonable for a suite.💖

JJL AsayoVery memorable stay. Although we arrived late for the check in, we were assisted very well. Food is really great too. The next day before check ou we did some snorkling and oh boy! We saw a big turtle. We distanced ourselves so as not to bother the creature. We also saw different fishes to. Place is clean. The stairs going down and up to the parking is the only challenge. Over all, amazing place and experience.

BByahe ni KramiThe place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.
