This is a really nice resort, with a nice lobby and amenities. It's also right by the ocean, and the dining room has a great view overlooking it as well. The breakfast was really top notch and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits and food varieties. Sadly, the location is a bit inaccessible and not that close to either of the airports on the island.

К номеру нужно быть готовым, на самом деле по сути нет окна. Вернее оно очень маленькое и есть, но выходит в узкий колодец и не открывается. И оно находится по сути в ванной комнате. В номере влажно и душно. Я так и не поняла, как нужно было бронировать номер с окнами, в описании было указано, что в номере одно или несколько окон и были фото с окнами. Питание на завтрак понравилось. До круизного порта далеко, нужно брать такси. Для меня выбор отеля оказался не удачным, люблю номера с окнами и балконами, а не спичечные коробочки.

Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms.
I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable.
Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back.

Отель со старым фондом, поэтому цена минимальная по сравнению со всеми остальными вариантами. Но я изначально не преследовала отельного отдыха, меня в нем не было практически весь день, так что времени на то, чтобы обращать внимания на недостатки тоже не было. Мне досталась небольшая комната с террасой на 4 этаже с видом на Тейде. По моему прекрасно. Номера убирают каждый день. Проблем с горячей водой не было, предоставляются мыло, шампунь и гель для душа. Есть холодильник. Мне этого было достаточно. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить соседей, за приличное поведение, потому что в номерах есть слышимость.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de parada de bus, supermercados, restaurantes. Tiene un bus gratis para ir a la Playa del inglés y a la de Maspalomas. El desayuno espectacular y abundante. La piscina muy limpia y agua a buena temperatura. Te dan toalla con un depósito de 10€ para la piscina. Actuaciones en directo y/o música todas las noches. Todo el personal muy amable. Va necesitando un poco de reformas, los colchones se hunden un poco. Caja fuerte en habitación gratis. Tienen ducha de cortesía y puedes usar la piscina el día del checkout. Nevera en habitación. Hay bastante ruido de la avenida, sugiero tapones para los oídos. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La Palma es la isla Canaria más verde y más bonita de ahí que se le denomine la isla bonita. Tiene una flora variada y su clima és primavera/verano durante todo el año. Lugares interesantes?, muchos desde sus playas , cascadas, bosques. De laurisilva, producción, destilería de Ron canario, molinos de gofio, y lo mejor su gente. el parador es fanatàstico pues es un edificación típica palmera con su patio interior, donde hay microclima primavera, terrazas , restaurante frente al mar con vistas. L punta de Santa CruZ de la P y unos jardines muy bien cuidados con cascada, estanque, dragos palmera afrente al mar. .
El servicio no se puede pedir más. Repetiremos .

XXiaozhu房間燈光太暗，抽水馬桶按鈕實在是按不動😿打電話要求送刀叉到房間竟然需要付5歐元房間服務費，實在是不可思議。我們是兩人住兩晚的，第二天服務員搞房間衹給我們換了一條浴巾，用掉的牙刷、浴帽也不補上這麼高檔的五星級酒店真的是太需要提升服務質量了！

TTài khoản kháchLovely clean accommodation, and an easy drive from the airport - perfect for a late-night arrival. The staff was very friendly, with biscuits and water refills available at reception. The apartment itself was super clean and felt very new. Our Wi-Fi didn't work the night we arrived, but I think that was just a temporary blip. The bed was nice, and the place felt spacious - a good place to work remotely from with well-stocked cupboards in the kitchen, and a good dining table too. There was also a lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. If you don't mind not having beach views, this is a good sun and pool break option.

TTài khoản kháchLovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

TTài khoản kháchYou get what you pay for. I’ve stayed at these apartments many times when I’ve needed a break from work. They are located 10 minutes from the airport so you land and you’re virtually there. The apartment was clean with a kettle fridge and microwave. We ate out every evening. It is about a 20 minute walk downhill into Caleta de fuste. We got a cab back 3 euros. The beds were very basic and I’ll be glad to get back to the comfort of my own mattress. There are several pools you can use and all are clean with plenty of sunbeds but the pool was cold. I would come again and I know exactly what to expect.

TTài khoản kháchThis is a beautiful atmospheric hotel with a beautiful location and the rooms have wonderful views over the mountains. Worth booking for this alone- you won't regret it!
I have graded as 4 star not 5 because there was no wifi in our room and sometimes no 4G either meaning we had to sit in the lobby to do admin. Also the bath didn't work properly and there was not enough hot water for a bath on either of the occasions we tried. To be fair we didn't raise this as an issue.
The meal in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also excellent and we used an Amigo voucher to get it free on one day. Breakfast was very expensive though so we didn't have one again which was inconvenient because of the hotel's location and lack of food to buy elsewhere. There seemed to be alcohol on offer for breakfast- maybe remove this and keep prices down!
The spa looked lovely but we couldn't justify the extra cost of it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with the facilities. Offering cheaper breakfasts and spa entry would turn a great experience into an absolutely amazing one.

LLauris.little.worldAbsolutely stunning hotel! It literally took my breath away when I walked in. The staff are all amazing and so friendly. The rooms and the grounds are incredibly clean. The pools are stunning (there are busier and quieter ones so no lack of options at all). The beach and shops are a few minutes walk away. The food is spectacular! There’s something for everyone: shows, sports, pools, shopping. I just can’t give this resort enough praise!! We will definitely be back.

Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite.
Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved!
Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town.
No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times.
Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm.
Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!
