The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Sorriso就在火車站的後面，出站三分鐘的距離。旅館不大房間也不大，畢竟是黃金旅遊景區地皮資源有限。 不過這裏的早餐很豐富，肉有五、六種，雞蛋的做法也有多種選擇，老闆娘忙來忙去親力親為無論早餐還是入住都很關切大家的感受。樓上有天台，可以打包到天台享用，看着火車站熙熙攘攘的人羣以及山頂要塞的風景，心情會很不一樣。

Great location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony. The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :) Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

Situato in una zona bellissima, palazzo ottocentesco carinissimo, camera e annessi curati e puliti, vivande per colazione e break ben forniti, titolari accoglienti e persone perbene, ospiti con cui ho colloquiato : simpatici e in sintonia con passioni e aneddoti ai miei,il tutto TOP!!! LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Hôtel est très bien placé dommage que la chambre qu’on avait donné dans la rue car elle était mal isolé on entendait les gens parlaient dans la rue

Nhà bếp được trang bị đầy đủ nguyên liệu miễn phí: trứng, mì ống, sốt cà chua, đồ hộp, cà chua, dưa chuột, hành tây, tỏi và bí ngòi. Rất nhiều món ăn. Có một sân hiên tuyệt vời và khu vực đọc sách. Có một quầy bar thú vị ở tầng trệt. Các phòng được thông gió tốt. Wi-Fi hoạt động rất tốt. Ở tầng trệt có một đội chơi trò chơi với ******************* và bi-a. Có trò bóng bàn trong quầy bar. Giá cả hợp lý. Đây thực sự là một nhà nghỉ lý tưởng, nơi mọi chi tiết đều được chăm chút để mang đến cho khách cảm giác thoải mái. Tôi sẽ đến Milan vào tuần tới - tôi cũng đã đặt một nhà nghỉ của chuỗi nhà nghỉ này ở đó, và mọi thứ ở đó đều tuyệt vời không kém. Tôi giới thiệu nó cho mọi người! Trung tâm thành phố Genoa chỉ cách nhà trọ một đoạn đi bộ ngắn. Ga tàu và FlixBus cách đó 10 phút đi bộ. Nhìn chung, nơi này hoàn hảo.

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.
