Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs.

I looooove the hostel so much! It has every basic necessity a traveller like me needs- private bathroom, complete kitchenette, cinema room, game room, wc & luggage storage provided by the owner.
The hostel has a steep stairs so if you were travelling with big luggage, you will need to put this in mind.
Overall, loving my stay so much! Everything is walking distance ＜33

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel.
The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed.
The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

Rixwell Viru Hotel is a clean and well-maintained property with a great location—very close to the main attractions, which makes exploring Tallinn easy. The room felt spacious and comfortable to me, providing a good base for the stay. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary but decent enough to start the day. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable choice if you want to be near the city’s highlights.

It was a great stop on the way home. Great hotel right in the middle of town, next to the troika cafe and a pub. The complimentary tea was delicious but sadly did not include creamer. The breakfast being offered is more like buffet food. All in all, totally worth the price, and a great venue for experiencing Tallinn. The employees working at the counter were lovely.

這是我這一次歐洲行租的最貴的房子，四星級，應該説基本達到標準，房間很乾凈，設備基本齊全，臨近老城，對面就是塔林電影院。前台服務很周到，很熱情，早餐也不錯。衞生間挺大，乾濕分離，但房間偏小，如果能夠達到20平米到25平米那就ok了。

WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review.
The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation.
The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas.
The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

Tuy nhiên, phòng lúc nào cũng nóng và không có máy lạnh. Ngoài ra, khả năng cách âm trong phòng khá kém; chúng tôi có thể nghe thấy tiếng tắm, tiếng xả bồn cầu và thậm chí cả tiếng ho của hàng xóm, chưa kể đến tiếng trò chuyện và tiếng sử dụng Duolingo.
May mắn thay, hàng xóm của chúng tôi khá yên tĩnh vào ban đêm, vì vậy điều đó không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến chúng tôi, nhưng nó ngăn chúng tôi nói to. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

GGo-RavI recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic, being close to the old town, major tourist attractions, and a variety of restaurants. The highlight of the hotel is the Sky Lounge on the 26th floor, which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. I highly recommend visiting at sunset and for night views – it’s incredible.
The hotel also features a bar and a restaurant on the ground floor, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee and tea selection in the rooms. Hotel rooms are comfortable. Additionally, there's a small area near the reception where you can get free water, snacks, and fruits, which is a nice gesture not commonly found in other hotels. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they offer a free luggage room.
The staff was really helpful throughout my stay. However, the room service was disappointing; the cleaner didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room or bathroom properly. On a positive note, we tried the spa, which is excellent. If you buy a coupon at the hotel reception, it costs €10, compared to €25 at the spa counter. The spa features a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and would recommend it.

MMelike KarlıAs described. A safe place but don't forget to have a lock for your belongings for other visitors. There are lockable cabinets overhead. Also the cabin beds are very good, you can create a private area by covering them with a blanket yourself. I guess I didn't have any problems with toilets and bathrooms because I didn't go during the season. Thank you🎀

4 mins walk to the famous Old Town and 1 min walk to the Rotermann City. Really convenient and spoilt for food choice. Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn.
