The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

However, the dining experience is hindered by a lack of variety in food options, particularly at breakfast. While the hotel excels in hospitality and ambiance, an enhancement in the culinary department is needed to provide a well-rounded experience.

TTài khoản kháchJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

Overall facilities were maintained very well.
However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point.

TTài khoản kháchI’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.
