Khách Sạn Có Wi-Fi Tại Chiết Giang, Trung Quốc

Tôi nghĩ rằng chuyến đi với con mình sẽ đầy vội vã, nhưng tôi đã nhận được sự ấm áp và bình yên vượt xa mong đợi của mình tại Khách sạn Shuxiang. Tôi đưa con đến khách sạn một mình. Bố của đứa trẻ đang đi công tác gần đó và không thể đi cùng tôi mọi lúc. Tôi chăm sóc đứa trẻ nhỏ và hiếu động một mình, và tôi đã rất bối rối khi đến khách sạn. Zhang Mingyu Minrui, nhân viên lễ tân, nhận thấy sự mệt mỏi của tôi, đã mang hành lý và dẫn tôi đến khu vực nghỉ ngơi, và phục vụ nước nóng, và có một mùi hương thoang thoảng! Cô ấy nhẹ nhàng hỏi tôi có cần giúp đỡ không. Khi cô ấy biết rằng tôi cần pha sữa bột gấp cho con mình, cô ấy đã cầm bình mà không nói một lời, nhanh chóng đun sôi nước ấm và điều chỉnh đến nhiệt độ phù hợp. Môi trường xung quanh yên tĩnh và dễ chịu. Có một công viên cách đó vài phút đi bộ, rất thuận tiện cho trẻ em vui chơi. Có siêu thị và cửa hàng tiện lợi gần đó, vì vậy không có áp lực phải mua sắm nhu yếu phẩm hàng ngày. Phòng đầy đủ chi tiết. Đẩy cửa là một không gian sạch sẽ và gọn gàng. Bộ đồ giường trắng như mới, và không có bụi ở góc. N*** cả ghế tắm của em bé cũng được sắp xếp gọn gàng. Đồ vệ sinh cá nhân cho trẻ em, dép và các thiết bị khác rất dễ thương. Mọi chi tiết đều thể hiện sự chăm sóc cho chuyến đi của cha mẹ và con cái. Tại Khách sạn Shuxiang, tôi không chỉ nhận được dịch vụ chất lượng cao và môi trường thoải mái mà còn cảm nhận được sự ấm áp của gia đình. Cảm ơn đặc biệt đến chị ở quầy lễ tân đã giúp chuyến đi một mình đưa em bé này trở nên ấm áp và cảm động. Đây chắc chắn là sự lựa chọn hàng đầu cho chuyến đi của cha mẹ và con cái. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào lần tới!

Tôi ở phòng cạnh hồ bơi với con tôi. Phòng có ban công nhỏ rất thuận tiện để đi ra hồ bơi và cũng rất ăn ảnh. Tôi hỏi anh Hu ở quầy lễ tân liệu tôi có thể thêm bữa sáng cho hai đứa con của mình không, anh ấy đã tích cực giúp tôi nộp đơn. Khi con tôi bị sốt vào sáng sớm, tôi đã gọi cho lễ tân và em trai tôi ở đó. quầy lễ tân cũng rất thân thiện và giúp tôi lấy hai miếng dán làm mát, tôi quên mất. Cảm ơn bạn rất nhiều vì đã hỏi tên ~ Master Ma, người quản lý bên hồ bơi đã mang cây gậy thần tiên đến cho em bé🪄... Dịch vụ khách sạn thực sự rất tuyệt vời. thật tuyệt vời nếu em bé không bị sốt và muốn ở lại lâu hơn, tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại với chúng vào lần tới khi tôi đến Hàng Châu👍

很美很讚的度假酒店，在靈峯度假區，自然風光絕美，空氣清新，整體環境乾淨清爽。帶娃出行選了孩子喜歡的大熊豪華大床房，確實可愛，不捨得離開。園子裏有不同風格的建築和房型，錯落有致，很多都想去去體驗下。擺渡車多且快，來回大堂，房間、餐廳、遊樂場特別方便。接觸過的每一位工作人員都很好，温和、耐心、高效，恰到好處的熱情和周到，真正的好服務，特別難得，必須點贊，給管家小吳點贊！

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giraffe Manor Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautifully located in nature, very peaceful and scenic. Waking up surrounded by bamboo forest and seeing giraffes so close was a unique and unforgettable experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with great attention to detail. The service deserves special praise. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to thank the manager, Xiao Wang, for his professionalism, care, and warm attitude. He made sure everything was perfect and that we felt safe and well taken care of during our stay. Amenities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience felt truly special. This is a place that creates beautiful memories, not just a hotel stay. We highly recommend Giraffe Manor Hotel to anyone looking for a unique, high-quality, and heart-warming experience. We would love to come back again.

Phòng khách sạn không tệ lắm, TV có vấn đề nhưng đã gọi điện và được khắc phục nhanh chóng. Giường ngủ thoải mái. Vòi sen ấm áp và mạnh mẽ. Không có nhiều tiếng ồn từ khách sạn khác. Tầm nhìn ra ngoài là quang cảnh thành phố nên có thể nhìn ra Tháp Hàng Châu. Tầng trên cùng có tầm nhìn ra Hồ Tây, rất đẹp. Hơi thất vọng khi thấy nhà hàng Thái (Sawasdee) trong khách sạn phục vụ đồ ăn Trung Quốc trong khi chúng tôi thực sự đang tìm kiếm nhiều món Thái, vì vậy chúng tôi đã đi ăn buffet, nơi này rất tuyệt và có nhiều món ăn, đồ uống và món tráng miệng cho bữa tối. Chuyến bay khởi hành lúc 6:30 sáng, rất vui vì khách sạn đã sắp xếp gọi điện báo thức rất sớm, trả phòng nhanh và gọi taxi lúc 4 giờ sáng. Khá hài lòng với dịch vụ.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

I would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants. Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services: 1. Cady of the reception Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure. 2. Cora (陈丽) Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior. 3. Cavan Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP. The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.
