This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Tôi đợi nửa tiếng để cất hành lý vào phòng, nhưng rồi thấy phòng thấp, ngột ngạt, nhỏ hẹp, chỉ có một cửa sổ bé tí. Ai mà ngờ được đó lại là phòng cỡ King có tầm nhìn chứ? Tầm nhìn ở đâu chứ? Tôi chẳng tìm thấy bất cứ thứ gì tương tự trong bất kỳ bức ảnh nào ở khách sạn. Tôi hoàn toàn bất ngờ. Nhân viên nói rằng không phải phòng nào cũng giống như trong ảnh. Vậy, đây có phải là quảng cáo sai sự thật không? Bạn nói phòng nào là phòng đó thì đúng là phòng đó. Họ sẽ bán nó với bất kỳ giá nào họ muốn. NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danhwe stay for 2 night & enjoyed a hit spring bathtub. So far it services met our expectations from breakfast to Gym. We bought a ticket for hot spring at discounted rate as gently advised by receptionist. It was a good highlight ^^. The location was very good with 13 mins walking distance to centre of local market. Surprisingly, next to the hotel, there was a very good Chinese Food Shop. Holiday Inn worthy revisit in cold season.

TTài khoản kháchWe had an amazing stay at this homestay ! The location is strategic, situated right along the main road of the nearest village to Wangxian Valley Scenic Park. Despite being in a busy area with many shops nearby, the homestay is surprisingly quiet, thanks to it good soundproofing, ensuring us a peaceful rest. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and well-maintained. What truly set this homestay apart was the exceptional hospitality of the lady boss and her brother. From the moment we made our booking, she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, answering all our questions and even arranging a transfer from the high-speed rail station to the homestay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, allowing us to stay in side-by-side rooms for the convenience of taking care of my elderly father. We arrived quite late, around 9 PM, yet we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift set, including a packet of milk and some bread—such a kind gesture from the owner. During our stay, we were also invited to join the local Chap Goh Mei celebration, which was a fantastic cultural experience for us. Breakfast was provided through vouchers, allowing us to try delicious meals from different nearby shops on both mornings. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to Wangxian Valley. The lady boss’s brother was incredibly prompt—whenever we called, he arrived within minutes. Upon checkout, we received a beautiful set of bowls as a farewell gift, which was a lovely touch. We were from Malaysia. This was our first time traveling free and easy in China, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The warmth and generosity of the hosts made our trip truly memorable. By the way, the lady boss also able to communicate in English. I believe this well make communication easy for those English speakers. Really highly recommended! 我们在这家云上小棧民宿度过了一次非常愉快的住宿体验！民宿位置十分优越，位于前往望仙谷景区最近的小街主干道上，周围有许多商店，但即使临街，房间依然安静，房间的隔音非常好，不受噪音影响。 房间与照片完全一致，非常干净整洁。但最让我们感动的是女老板和她弟弟无微不至的热情款待。从预订开始，女老板就在微信上非常及时地回复我们的所有问题，还贴心地帮我们安排了从高铁站到民宿的接送服务。 抵达民族宿时，我们意外收到了房间升级的惊喜，让我们可以住在相邻的房间，方便照顾年迈的父亲。我们到达时已是晚上9点，但仍然得到了热情的欢迎，老板娘还贴心地赠送了一份小礼物——一袋牛奶和面包，真的很温暖！ 入住期间，老板娘还特意邀请我们参加元宵节（十五暝）前夕的当地庆祝活动，让我们大开眼界，感受到浓厚的地方文化氛围。早餐方面，民宿提供早餐券，可以前往附近的商店用餐，我们连续两天尝试了不同的店家，每家都非常美味。 民宿还提供免费接送服务前往望仙谷景区，速度极快。我们打电话，几分钟内老板娘的弟弟就会到达接送我们，十分方便。退房时，像其他客人一样，我们还收到了一份精美的瓷碗作为纪念品，真的很用心！ 我们是马来西亚人，这是我们第一次在中国自由行，酒店的热情服务让整个旅程变得轻松又难忘，强烈推荐！

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhI want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle. My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating. The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems. We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints. The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket. Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view. We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat. Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together. The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them. The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them. The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.
