"I stayed for only 1 night and was super excited and ready to rave about this place when I first got to the hotel. The front desk person was great. The place is a lil run down but I don't mind. Got the themed room with a jacuzzi tub which was super cute and smelled super clean - but again a slightly run down. As cute as the bed was, it was SO uncomfortable. It was so stiff it didn't feel like there was an actual mattress on it while also being uneven. The more time i was in the room i noticed that it wasn't fully cleaned properly and found some stray litter from previous guests. When i went to leave I asked about the airport shuttle I arrived at the airport on. During check in i didn't notice the sign saying it needed to be pre booked the night before. The front desk working just said i had to find another way to the airport and left it at that."

"I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)"

"I reserved this place for my son's tournament. I stayed well for 2 nights without any inconvenience. However, the table and refrigerator here were too small, so it was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a big problem. Some other hotels made loud noises with heaters and microwaves, but this place had a microwave inside the storage, so I could use it quietly while my son was sleeping, and the heater noise was not loud. The front and housekeeper staff were generally friendly and the ice machine worked well. Also, it was nice to have a drinking fountain on the main floor and the swimming pool."

"Không gian phòng ổn👌🏻Chỉ là buổi tối ồn ào quá không biết có xây dựng hay gì không nhưng âm thanh cực kỳ to sẽ ảnh hưởng đến người ngủ không ngon. Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt. Có một tàu điện ngầm miễn phí trong thành phố n*** trước cửa. Nó cũng rất thuận tiện để đi bộ đến các điểm nhận phòng khác nhau. Nếu bạn không có nhiều hành lý thì có xe buýt sân bay n*** trước cửa để bạn có thể đón ra sân bay, rất thuận tiện. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi có nhiều hành lý nên vẫn đi taxi."

"Room was average at best Pillows lumpy and it affected my  sleep Went to buy a bottle of water it was 4.50 Carts for luggage disappeared and staff didn’t seem to care, got attitude when I asked if the coukdcfind them as I had 2 - 50 lb bags plus carry on Cheap price but would try a different   place next time Average at best!!!"

"Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least."
