We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

The hotel is opposite the Curitiba train and bus terminal. I got 10th floor with small balcony, the view is good. Aircon is working fine. The room is big with clean bed and toilet. Breakfast is very good. For this price it is very well worth the stay!

Highlights: - Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel - Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.) - Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast - Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning Areas to improve: - Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty - Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city - Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

Очень странный отель. Вроде бы расположение удобное - недалеко от автовокзала, отравления туристического поезда, рынка, центра старого, НО вся улица по пути к отелю, да у самих дверей усыпала бомжами. Идти, откровенно говоря, стрёмно. При бронировании произошла какая-то ошибка, и вместо стандартного DBL мне решили дать SNGL. После некоторых выяснений персонал дал номер SUITE (по сути выше, чем бронировалось). Но он выглядит просто ужасно, старо, ржавые полки для полотенец. Их же можно покрасить. Отелю нужен ремонт как можно скорее. Персонал старается. В отеле даже предоставляется завтрак с фруктами, есть даже манго! Помимо стандартных для всех отелей в Бразилии булок. Но вся еда какая-то испорченная. Фрукты словно прокисли и тд. По сути, за заплаченную цену отель даёт хороший сервис, но в следующий раз я скорее предпочту доплатить больше, но заселиться в более приличное место. Отсюда хотелось бежать

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

very beautiful hotel and classic decoration style! There's nothing bad to say! The staff were helpful and served us very well, especially Cleverson at reception, his excellent service, he helped us with everything! Satisfactory breakfast. The only thing that was bad was that we got a room with no view, otherwise everything was perfect.

TTài khoản kháchA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

SSherisseDo NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs). No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear. Belmond's service -＞ avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous). Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed. Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience. Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.

MmsantosLoved everything! The receptionists we're amazing! Making sure my needs were taken care of. The hotel is beautiful inside. With a lovely entrance reception. Luggage Carrier's. Great breakfast with an awesome and friendly team. Nice open room upstairs and a small gym! The corridors are very clean. All the spaces I went were very clean. There's a space in the 1 floor where you can sit with small tables and chairs. My room was very spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom with the best warm shower nice and large . Also theres a table to study, and round small table with 2 chairs inside the room. The internet had problems P.S. Between Andrade Braz, Guiará e Vernon ( which are in Curitiba ) this one is the best!
