The hotel Ijad visited many ywars ago. I am glaeto see that it was modernize and became so nice. Especially the Chinese foods are excellent and I should say it is the one of the best Chinese restauy. Also appreciated mush the very heart -touching birthdat cake arrangement. The only rooms for improvements are the very old amd dirty painting inside the bath room.

The kids room was fantastic, the breakfast was great, the staff were nice and professional. High recommended

Just had a surprise birthday weekend for the family! We have 3 June birthday boys! It’s always a headache to arrange gathering . This year we have decided to just go for a quick weekend in Zhuhai ! We chose Zhuhai Grand-Bay Hotel . Their staff very friendly, service was great !! Most importantly are their manager Allen and associate Yuko !! Both were very helpful , not just during work hours but they also assist us over their leaves too !!

Stay there for one night, the room is perfect facing the sea and the service if perfect. We have lunch and breakfast in the hotel, the taste is fabulous.

I had a wonderful weekend stay at the hotel (珠海海灣大酒店)! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Yukooo and her manager, Allen Shi, for their professionalism and attentiveness. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

We stayed for one night (sun/mon) at zhuhai grand bay hotel. It was a wonderful experience. It is near the bridge so arriving from HK was fast and easy. SunnyKI was helping us to check in. We got a upgrade to a seaview which was great. She also spotted we would stay during the birthday of one of us and asked if we would like a cake. That was a very nice gesture and really above my expectation. She gave us her wechat contact and asked us in the evening when we would like the cake. At exactly the right minute another colleague brought the cake.. thank you Sunny and Team! Besides that the hotel location is very good, (before booking we were considering a few other international hotels but they seemed more in the city itself), and it turned out to be the case. room temperature and wifi and airquality is good, breakfast was good although not superb. They arranged a car to bring us back to the border. Overal a very nice stay with special thanks to staff and SunnykI

Restaurant is good, staying is perfect. Ms Poon is nice Allen is very helpful. Front desk Fairy is easy going and helpful as well.

Upon our stay, we were upgraded from a Deluxe Room - Mountain-View (Double Bed) (Bathtub) to a Grand Palace Premium Sea View Room With King Size Bed! Also Wilson helped us extend checkout time to 2pm which suited our travel needs perfectly. Room was clean, the gym was extremely well equipped for a hotel gym, service was great. Can tell some signs of wear and tear in the room, however can tell it was renovated not too long ago so it wasn't a huge issue.

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and was impressed with the consistent service quality and the cleanliness of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay, with special compliments to Cherry, Angela and Allen. We worked through arrangements for the typhoon situation as well. Cheers

The hotel is in a great location. Yuko was very enthusiastic in responding to me when I needed help. She helped me solve the visa issue, communicated with clients in English when I was not familiar with Chinese, and made restaurant reservations. She solved my problems，Thanks Yuko[爱心]

Overall satisfactory, nice breakfast & nice upgrade to seaview room. But two areas to be improved. Appointed delivery service is canceled without pior notice. Furthermore, there was smoke smell on non-smoking floor & you can listen to neighbour noise a night.

Suuki and Daniel at the front reception were really helpful! Rooms were very clean and spacious we Will be back!!
