This stay in this hotel really brought me a great surprise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the extremely warm reception. Peng Peng, the housekeeper, always had a sincere smile on his face, which made people feel like a spring breeze. During the stay, whenever you encounter a problem, the staff can help solve it patiently as soon as possible. The service of this hotel is first-class, which makes me spend an extremely comfortable and comfortable time here. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Very nice hotel. The services, the breakfast, the view, everything is very good. Especially the staff named Nick helped us a lot. He speaks very good English and Chinese and is very helpful. I do not understand why he is not working at the check in desk because he is able to speak English and Chinese and this hotel has a lot business trip guest. The staff at check in desk can’t not speak englisch. Thank you very much for your support Nick.

The hotel is fine. Family with kids will be best for this hotel. The shower room is smiley after bath. Other is fine. Breakfast is superb. Staff devices level is good but without smile.

This hotel is really new! The room is very clean and the non-smoking floor is a nice touch. The free parking service is also very convenient, no need to worry about finding a spot. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this great hotel again next time I visit.

Everything is almost perfect about this hotel. I like the cleanliness and it looks very new. Breakfast is very good and worth every Pennies. One thing that stands out beyond all is the services. The staffs are very polite and professional. I usually don’t write review unless it’s either a wow or the opposite but this is definitely a wow. The lady in the front desk carry our luggage up to the room and greet us with an introduction upon checking in. Selina gave my wife a flower on woman’s day with a card. The young man greet me when I went down for breakfast and make me a coffee. Front desk lady carry my luggage to the car after check out and provide us with a car service to the port to go to Hong Kong. The driver “Mr Chang” was incredibly nice and offer us waters. We have stayed in many five star hotels but this one is probably the best for its 5 star services. The staff just make us feel very comfortable. Glad we chose this hotel when we were here for three nights. It will be our pick again when we are back.

Beautiful lobby and good location. Nice seaview from my room. Enjoyed the bathtub a lot. The facilities are clean.

My family enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Everything was great. Foods, amenities and facilities are perfect. The staff were excellent. Especially Ms Rita and Ms Irene, they helped us a lot throughout the stay period.

Happy with the stay, the Peking duck in the Chinese restaurant is good, and the breakfast can do photo on coffee god free. Excellent client services everywhere in the hotel. 很滿意賓客服務部鵬鵬。打過來提示冰雹警告，把車改泊室內。幫忙安排枕頭，兒童拖鞋，沐浴露等。

Overall the stay was good. One major issue was that we were on the non-smoking floor but people smoked a lot and the smell is just always there.
