Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Good hotel in good location. And it is quiet facing community zone.

The air conditioning unit was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Good service overall. Nice and friendly receptionists at checkin.

Hotel is nice and reasonable price will be coming back ….

走200多米距離有公交車站，可到金山、北固山；步行900米左右可到西津渡，走1公里多可到市區蘇寧廣場……附近有中華麪館（沒去吃），四季早茶（鍋蓋麪吃了2餐）……隔壁眼鏡店還配了兩副丹陽眼鏡（120元+160元） 酒店房間有點小，空調太舊聲音大製冷效果不好，早餐太一般了，品種好少～～～

前台服務熱情專業，幫我們免費升級了房間，房間寬敞整潔無煙味雙人床很舒服，衞生間淋浴花灑水量大，打掃衞生的阿姨和藹親切，特別感謝前台戴眼鏡的小姑娘，錦江之星大西店工作人員不管是前台服務還是客房服務，都是有求必應服務好！酒店位置非常好在大西路口，到四方早茶和大華麪館都很近走路就能到，酒店性價比高！

服務很到位，而且前台指路也很精確。衞生很好，是這個年代裏算很乾凈很高大上的錦江之星了。床比較大，設施也不舊，早餐也不錯，龍頭洗澡真不錯也乾淨，我們和父母最愛的就是空調，一開就立馬涼快了～

距離鎮江主要景點都很近，掃個自行車就可以到達，很方便。離酒店200多米，就有大華麪館，非常地道好吃的鍋蓋麪，可以解決早飯和午飯。 衞生：很乾凈。 服務：前台很貼心地給了比較安靜的房間。

酒店地點非常好，確實沒有選錯，周邊小吃很多，步行3分鐘有個大菜市場，吃用便宜方便，酒店距離西津渡、鎮江博物館步行七八分鐘就到，酒店到各景點滴滴打車都是起步價，騎共享單車就能方便到達，酒店內裝修簡約大方，衞生乾淨，客服非常熱情，房間寬敞明亮，洗澡熱水流量很大，非常滿意的一次旅行。

體驗感很棒，前台小姐姐服務超級好，非常貼心，房間很乾凈，整體體驗很不錯，而且價格也不貴，性價比很高，還在市中心，有地下停車場可以停車，太棒了
