Absolutely amazing hospitality and service. Unable to fault this place. Prior to arrival a housekeeper/host will reach out to you via WeChat, they can help with bookings and itineraries. This homestay is also next to the Charming XiangXi performance would highly recommend a visit there too!. Our host was FeiFei or 狒狒. She was the best, they have 1 dog and 1 cat who are absolute darlings. Unbelievable service during downtime, they cook you food over the roaster and tea. Would come back again and again.

Very nice place! Location is close to the park entrance, staff is very friendly and helpful, they take care about tickets to attractions and recommend the best routs. There is a welcome treat and a good doggo🥰

We were so impressed with the hotel (and the dog and the cat!). The property has a modern cosy design and seem super new. The bed was so comfy. Location is just 10 mins on foot to the ZJJ national park entrance. The staff were friendly and keen to help. Their welcoming snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast was basic but accommodating for foreigners. I had this spicy noodles every morning when I was there. The staff at the breakfast room also really kind and nice. We’d recommend this hotel!

We could not speak more highly of our accommodation and the service we received. Myself and my 21yo son stayed here to visit the Mountains. We only speak English. However, Li Yan spent over an hour with us explaining the best routes and booked our tickets to receive a discount. We managed to go through the national parks without getting lost once, which is a miracle as there is virtually no English. At one point, we wanted to go a different way, so we messaged Li Yan on we chat, and she drew us a new map detailing where to go. Even after we left Zhangjiajie, she continued to help us via we chat. I don't think I have ever met someone who is so dedicated to providing amazing service. The hotel rooms were sparkling clean, and we received fresh fruit. It is in a convenient location. Stay here, and it will enhance your stay at Zhangjiajie

The best accommodation experience we had in Changsha-Zhangjiajie! Before travel date, they reached out to me to offer their assistance. They were extremely helpful in curating the best itinerary and answering my questions. I sought their help to book the attraction tickets although I can do it myself online, I felt assured that they would assist if I were to encounter any issues. Pick up from high speed rail station was promptly arranged a day before arrival and Xiaowu was patient even though we faced unexpected delay. Tang Jing, our housekeeper was knowledgeable, proactive and always ready to help. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Coming back to Wangyun after a day of activity is like returning to the warmth of home. Fruits and refreshments were served daily and they would always offer you the region’s famous berry tea. The room is beautifully decorated with rustic Chinese furniture with a touch of zen. It came with all the creature comforts including smart home device to make everything even easier like controlling the lights, aircon, curtains, tv and play music of your choice. It’s clean and spacious. Common areas have many nice touches to make it cozier. There are two dogs which are extremely well behaved. They even have live singing at night which you can enjoy with drinks at the patio. We could hear nothing from the room so it’s not a cause for concern. The location is very convenient with the East gate less than 5 minutes ride and within walking distance. The bustling town for dining and shopping can also be reached on foot. Wangyun had a fantastic location, just about 5 minutes from the main country park. Li Yan at the front desk was outstanding. She called us before our arrival to confirm our travel plans, ensuring everything went smoothly. When the toilet clogged in our room, she personally came and resolved the issue within minutes, handling it with professionalism. She helped us arrange tickets and car rides to all the country parks seamlessly. The team accommodated us even after checkout, allowing the four of us to use the shower even after our check out. Overall, the staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. There’s even a friendly dog at the reception to greet and play with you upon arrival. My friends and I had a great time at Wangyun and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Wulingyuan area. The only downside was that the room corners could be slightly cleaner, but it wasn’t too noticeable. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but delicious and healthy.

We stayed in the villa type of room with a kiddie pool. The room is very spacious, clean and comfy. The location is convenient and quite central. We all loved it! The more important thing is that the staff are super friendly, thoughtful and helpful. They helped us purchase the tickets, plan touring routes, book 9-seat vans, and shared lots of recommendations and tips. If we go back to Zhangjiajie in the future, we will stay here for sure.

We cannot overstate what a wonderful time we had here. The location is perfect for visiting the mountains, lakes and caves of Zhangjiajie. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean and elegant - we stayed in the garden view room with a bathtub. It was fantastic value for money. Best of all is the hospitality. Staff will make contact with you ahead of your trip and are massively helpful. There was always tea and snacks around the fire in the common room. The dog and cat were delightful and I miss them dearly. Li Yan answered all of my many questions about logistics. Feifei went above and beyond, assisting us and our family with tickets, bookings, laundry, and food and activity recommendations. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and if/when we return to see more of Zhangjiajie, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a really nice stay, the hotel is very good located, you can walk to the main entrance of the national park for the Zhangjiajie mountains. We got all the relevant information at the reception and they even booked for us all the tickets. The breakfast noodles were delicious!

Im so happy I decided to book this hotel! Feifei helped me a lot and was always available. She helped me with any doubt or problem I had at any time, even after the staying! She also helped me planify the awesome routes I did. Rooms are soo clean and well equipped. I would definitely come back! 😍

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was amazing. Concierge service was so helpful, thanks to Feifei who helped us to plan out Zhangjiajie route and even booked all the tickets for us! Feifei made it so easy for us to enjoy the ZJJ National Forest. 💕 everyone in the hotel were all really helpful too, they even gave us ointment oil to rub a sprained ankle. The hotel room was beautiful. Even though the hotel is not right smack in the city centre, it was quiet and I enjoyed it. Lastly, breakfast was also very delicious - you can have the typical hunan noodles. We will book this hotel again when we come back to ZJJ!

A great place on the second floor. Rooms are quite large and have some interesting interior design styles, access to the terrace garden is definitely a plus. The staff is super helpful in pretty much any way. All in all, I highly recommend this place, will stay here again.

Great location. The bedroom is nice and clean. The team is very friendly and helpful. They organize for you all your activities (national park fees, shows and transportation suggest good restaurants …) and always make sure you’re having a good time. You feel helped as if you were dealing with an excellent travel agency. The bar at night is very nice (live music and good cocktails), and people are extremely friendly like everybody in this hotel. If we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again. A great thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
