Money stolen from my bag in my room. Camera footage missing from when we left the room for 40mins. All other footage available apart from the 40mins we were not in the room and handbag was left in the room. Manager did not bother to contact us regarding the situation after saying would investigate. Never happened at any other hotel. Staff at breakfast were helpful and nice. 1 star given due to theft at the hotel and no communication, make you wonder who will have been part of it.

I m really satisfied with their service..a big thankful to a ladies in the counter can't remember her name..very helpful. location superb.i m on wheelchair the elevator just fit enough and can go to until terrace. from the terrace can see blue mosque n haghia sophia..lreally recommend. we will stay again after back from Cappadocia.

It was the best stay experience with Turkish kindness . My room was changed because of facility problem. New room was also great & receptionist show what Turkish kindness and concerns Very friendly and sincerely concerns my worry. Perfect hotelier professional! Breakfast buffet on 6th floor was magnificent with 360 view from ocean, Aya Sofia and sultan Ahmet Camii Best sty experience ever I really appreciate this

The staff were extremely helpful, and they upgraded my room to deluxe free of charge, which has very pleasant view of Blue mosque and Aya Safiya, definitely i will do booking again in this hotel. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of items were arranged. very happy. thanks MUHAMMAD

房間整潔，早餐豐富，陽台美景，能直接看到聖索菲亞大教堂，適合拍照。美中不足的是酒店前台並未通知我們當天老城區的馬拉松導致封路事宜。這似乎是應該做到的。

這是一次非常不愉快的住宿 首先 我定的普通房 極其差 就像90年代 舊的小旅館 破 其次 早餐 什麼都沒有 破（能看見風景） 再次 我補了差價 住了豪華房間 而且差價不是攜程的價格 是店裡原價的差價 三晚 補了220美金， 最後電梯極其恐怖 不過地段不錯 身處鬧市 去哪走着去就像 不用打車

Sultanahmet ve Ayasofya için en ideal konumlu otel.araçla gidecek olursanız otelin yanındaki ispatı gecelik 95tl.odadaki sıcak içecekler ve terlikler temizlikten sonra yenilenmiyor, 3 gün aynı terlikle konakladık.Kahvaltı orta derece biraz daha iyileştirile bilinir ama 6 kattaki terasın manzarası harika Sultanahmet Ayasofya ve boğaz manzarasında Kahvaltı süperdi.

酒店距離藍色清真寺步行衹有幾分鐘，非常方便。前台工作人員服務特別好，還給我們免費升級了房間，連續住了30天，早餐也特別豐富，就在酒店天台，還可以一邊吃早餐一邊看藍色清真寺和聖索非亞大教堂。房間也很安靜，總體來説都很好，後來我們生病了，前台工作人員還給我們找葯吃，碰面也會關心問候我們的病況，特別温暖。下次去伊斯坦堡還要來這家酒店。

阿媽葛朗迪斯賓娜特色飯店 位於伊斯坦堡 推薦指數一樣爆表👏 地理位置極佳,步行5-10分鐘就可以抵達藍色清真寺、地下水宮、聖索菲亞大教堂等多處景點,简直就是懶人路痴出门必备 再者附近不僅有多處餐酒館及中餐廳，簡直也是夜生活人士最愛聚集之地,但是因為附近也算是宗教聖地,故常常也會有警察持槍巡邏給妳滿滿的安全感~ 除此之外一定要提的是頂樓全景觀空中餐廳,無死角玻璃落地設計~真的是拍照打卡必選之地,不誇張的分享我拍了快2小時🌸 ps.秘密告訴你們~餐廳陽台還有一個天梯可以在上一層觀景臺,你會發現你被四大觀光景點所包圍~打開手機轉一圈你會發現呃🤔伊斯坦堡景點好像已經結束了😂

太喜歡這個酒店了，就在藍色清真寺和聖索菲亞大教堂旁邊，屋頂的早餐美到窒息，小屋小點但很温馨！分享幾張酒店頂層室外的景色和酒店的越南米粉！
