Hotel quite big for 2 person, able to open our 28inch luggage. 10 mins walking distance to metro station

It's a really small and cozy hotel. I highly recommend this one. It's also central by being in a quiet environment. I stood in front of it, and couldn't see it because it blended in so well. 😆

Very nice and modern hotel. It’s near to one bus stop and the next subway station is around a 8 minute walking distance away. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. I would definitely stay here again! The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, that you can use for free. Also a vending machine, if you want to get a soda or anything. But the hotel provides water and the water from the sink is also drinkable. The only downside is that you can easily hear people in the hallway, especially if you are on the ground floor where the lobby is.

The location is nice next to many places for some sightseeing but a bit far convenience store or station as such. Great room, feel nice, and clean. Overall really good.

Hard to find so spacious hotel room in Kyoto. Very nice and tidy with designer taste. Free good coffee and laundry 👍👍👍👍. Will definitely come back to this hotel in future trip.

全自助入住和退房，方間乾淨整潔。房間附帶的花園就是一個mini陽台😄挺有創意的。旁邊就有一個停車場，自駕停車非常方便。這個價格入住簡直超值。

スイートに泊まりました。 とっても広いし庭の景色も綺麗で、お風呂も広くて大満足でした。住宅地の中にあり、とても静かです。荷物はセルフで預けられ、セルフで入れたてのコーヒーを飲めます。また泊まりたいし、友人に勧めたいホテルです。

酒店就在鴨川旁邊，去京都商圈1個地鐵站的路程，去清水寺路口有就有公交，酒店環境不錯，下次會繼續來400-500價位是可以搶得到的

교토역에서 도보로 15-20분인데 호텔 옆에는 정말.. 아무 것도 없음 그냥 진짜 사람들 사는 주택 옆에 이상하게 혼자 딱 서있음. 5분 정도 걸어나가면 편의점 있는 수준...밤 11시에는 직원들이 전화도 안받음. 1층에도 진짜 작은 프론트 데스크 있지만 직원이 계속 앞에 있지는 않음. 직원이 영어를 잘해서 일본어 못해도 문제가 안됨. 그리고 정말 프론트 데스크만 있음. 이런게 불편하지 않다면 충분히 묵을 만한 숙소임. 깔끔하고 스위트룸에 묵었는데 안에도 너무 예쁘고 넓고, 저런 단점을 다 상쇄할만큼 괜찮았음. 가격이 오르지 않는다면 재방문 의사 100프로.

교토 여행으로 예약했습니다 위치는 역과 도보 20분정도 떨어져 있어서 걷기 힘들수도있어요 다만 한적한 동네여서 조용하고 좋았고 바로옆에 카페가 있어요 셀프 짐보관 가능하고 체크인도 무인으로 할수있는것 같아요
