Chúng tôi yêu thích kỳ nghỉ của mình tại khách sạn nghỉ dưỡng Manyuan. Người phụ nữ ở quầy lễ tân rất hữu ích. Tên cô ấy là Yuanyuan. Cô ấy đã lên kế hoạch hành trình cho toàn bộ kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi và thậm chí còn giúp chúng tôi mua vé giảm giá. Cô ấy thậm chí còn giúp phối hợp với một tiệm bánh để giao một chiếc bánh sinh nhật tuyệt vời cho ngày sinh nhật của mẹ tôi. Dịch vụ khách hàng của cô ấy thực sự gây ấn tượng với chúng tôi và nâng cao hơn nữa chất lượng kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi. Các phòng tại khách sạn rất hiện đại và rộng rãi. Chúng tôi ở trong một căn phòng gia đình có rất nhiều đồ chơi cho đứa con nhỏ của chúng tôi. Có một tấm bạt lò xo và cầu trượt trong phòng khiến con trai chúng tôi rất vui. Vị trí của khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm và chỉ cách khu danh lam thắng cảnh Vũ Lăng Nguyên 10 phút đi bộ và cách tất cả các nhà hàng cũng như cửa hàng 7 - 8 phút đi bộ. Nhìn chung, tôi đánh giá khách sạn này năm sao.

Absolutely recommended! The room was spacious with big balcony - view on the stream next-door (it was amazing to see local ladies washing their clothes...) The breakfast is from 7-9 am. Sometimes a bit crowded, but they upload the food until the very end. So if you go at 8:55 you still can have enough food. They have mostly Chinese food, but that's OK. You can order fresh made noodles, also they have fresh fruit and some sweets. Altogether recommended, even a picky foreigner can find something:) There is a small shop next to the reception, so you can buy drinks or small snacks even late night.

I have felt so well looked after here. From the friendly support in booking access to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park via We Chat with the hotel to booking a guide which spoke English. The hotel itself is in the perfect location only a few minutes walk to the elevator entrance and the staff were super friendly. Especially pengyi who helped to arrange all my activities for two days and also was very kind and offered to help with my laundry as I got back late from my first day of trekking. They really did make sure I had everything I needed and felt welcomed. I would highly recommend for English speaking travellers as you can communicate using translation app.

Hotel staffs help you plan your itinerary and advise you for all your days of stay. Will recommend!

I forgot the name of the lady (but the main entrance lady) was literally the best host I’ve ever had in my entire life. She was the most helpful and nice person ever. She made this whole journey so much easier for me and helped me booked everything, to the point I had to not even take care of a single thing. My best hotel service experience ever, in years of traveling. I will be back!!!!!

Great hotel overall. Though there is some updates needed for bathroom. If living in rooms face the mountain, there maybe some noise from AC. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Beautiful hotel in a great spot. View from entrance of hotel was amazing. Breakfast was standard, okay got you through the stay. Good small mart inside for snacks and rain coats at cheap prices. Hotel room was big and so comfortable Bathroom was great, amazing shower!

Beautiful property, very clean and updated rooms. The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Very walkable location- we were able to walk to east gate easily and enter the park early. Would love to stay again.

A very nice experience staying at Manyuan. The lady boss was such a great help and with patience to explain and guide us on visiting Zhangjiajie park, suggesting the daily itinerary and help to reserve tickets to shows. And the place also has self laundry.

Room’s spacious and breakfast was good. Front desk staff was extremely helpful during our stay e.g help us purchase tickets and suggested routes for us to follow.

Front desk lady, Xiao Xiao, was extremely helpful! We could contact her (via WeChat or finding her at the reception) for anything and everything. She helped us plan our entire trip at Wu Ling Yuan and bought tickets through her. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, it made me feel at home. They also had a cute 2 month old Maltese puppy named QQ! The room was comfortable and clean, just a tad noisy sometimes if there are people speaking in the corridor. The location was really good, everything was in walking distance. Views are gorgeous! Breakfast was mediocre, but filled our stomachs. Really enjoyed the stay!

Excellent location 10mins walk to the east entrance of the forest park. Hotel staff Xiao Xiao is top rate. Helped booked our tickets to the park, Grand Canyon, and Yellow Dragon Cave at better rates than online. Nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

Comfortable room and bath tub. The hotel is within walking distance of the national park and one of the evening shows in the area. Our hotel room was a little hot in the beginning, but the reception helped us turn on the central air conditioning. Breakfast could be more interesting, but overall the experience was good.

We had a great time staying at the Manyuan Hotel. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They helped us buy tickets to the forest and other attractions at a slight discount. The rooms were clean, the showers nice and hot, the beds were soft. The breakfast was classic Chinese with a very nice wonton soup option. The only bad thing was the coffee ;). The view from the river side of the hotel was beautiful. The view from the backside is a just a close view of the hillside. The staff even showed us a shortcut trail to the national forest gate so we felt like we had exclusive access.
