Great hotel with delicious breakfast and a great variety. We used their tour guide miss Yan to visit tianzi mountain, shilihualang, konhzhongtianyuan, yuanjiajieafanda and jrlonggongyuan. I she took us everywhere and gave clear instructions with excellent information of the local area. Highly recommended. 很棒的酒店，早餐美味，品种丰富。 我们请了他们的导游闫小姐参观天子山、十里画廊、空中田园、袁家界阿凡达和贺龙公园。 她带我们到处走走，给我们提供了清晰的指示，并提供了当地地区的丰富信息。 强烈推荐。

Been travelling multiple cities in China, this is the best hotel I've stayed so far, excellent service provided by all hotel staffs, polite, kind, helping all guests arrange their trips for free (if needed), provide suggestions of local food and must sees, hotel is super clean, room has great view, I will say the best thing I experienced in Zhangjiajie is staying at this hotel, I like this hotel more than the nature in here Great work team, hope all the best to you all

the hotel is very beautiful and new, very convenient location, not far from the east gate, breakfasts are delicious. the attitude of the staff at the international hotel is very upsetting, for some reason they convince guests that Laowai is normal, and this is in the international hotel chain Hilton. However, the manager Miu Miu (the only person in the hotel who speaks English) helped us a lot in navigating the city, thanks to her for that

It would be amazing if there would be at least one Receptionist knowing English Language.  First time in such a city could be really challenging due to the language barrier. For a foreigner having a person that can help out clearing some questions would turn the staycation in a very positive way!.  Also, the room had some death insects on the floor.

Fantastic stay at this new hotel. The room was clean and modern. Location very good. Staff very courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Miu Miu who helped us plan our daily itinerary to visit the zjj park. She helped us get didi (Uber) to various locations and also recommended some very good restaurants for our dinner. She is truly a gem to this newly opened hotel.

가족 대신 제가 예약을 해주었어요. 처음에 디럭스룸이 예상한 것보다 작아서 불만족스러웠어요. 그래서 한국에서 호텔에 전화를 했고, 리뷰에서 miu miu 매니저님이 영어가 가능하다고 해서 그 분을 찾았어요. 불행히도 자리에 안계셨고 대신 windy(?)윈디 라는 분이 서로 번역기의 스피커를 사용해 대화를 오래 했습니다. 서로 어려움이 있었지만 끝까지 인내심을 가지고 해결을 해주시려고 노력하셨어요. 그 후에 미우미우 님과 통화할 수 있었고 매우 영리하고 신속하게 정리를 해주었습니다. 일부 추가금을 내고 업그레이드를 하였는데, 이번에는 가족들이 만족해하셔서 기뻤어요. Specially thanks to miu miu & windy. Miu Miu got the job done quickly and smartly. Windy worked patiently for a long time to solve my problem. In addition, I would like to thank those involved who provided help that I did not know about.

非常滿意，雖然自己是歡朋，但已經達到高🌟標準了，而且是今年新開的酒店，設施很新，整體服務非常滿意，晚上8點餐廳有免費粥品供應，一樓冰櫃裏有免費的飲料、水果、冰淇淋，早餐也還不錯。備品用的彼得羅夫，書桌上有晶石香薰。每層電梯口都有額外的飲用水供應，還有自助洗衣房。步行可達汽車站，有大巴到多個景點和車站，到標識門打車和步行均可。

酒店位置非常好，而且非常貼心的管家服務，管家嬌嬌朋朋的細緻規劃線路讓我們在國慶出行省了很多心，正好趕上生日，酒店還安排了蛋糕給我，安排的定製路線導遊唐海霞，全程服務也很細緻到位，總之是非常滿意的一次旅行

自駕游到景區就比較喜歡選擇希爾頓，會比較有保證。這次入住的張家界國際森林公園希爾頓歡朋房間不算大，但是地理位置和服務都很棒。十月一日去張家界森林公園玩也比較擔心人太多要排隊，管家歡歡和第二天早上前台遇到的管家推薦的套票和路線都很合適，一天半玩好山上山下，無需排隊人也不多，真的很舒心！

距離武陵源景區走路大概十分鐘左右的路程，魅力湘西劇場15分鐘步行距離，周邊餐飲配套設施非常齊全 酒店設施服務很到位，汽車充電洗衣房數量都很充足，酒店靠山而建非常安靜舒適，房間整潔無異味，早餐種類豐富，總體而言入住的這幾天非常滿意，再來還會選擇入住
