Very convenient location; super friendly host; and budget-friendly accomodation. Although you might not see mountains or the sea from your room, the homestay is located perfectly right next to the buzzing night market and just 5mins from the sea. The homestay is also very close to the South entrance of the scenic cross-island panorama trail - a highly recommended trail for exploring the island. The host is super friendly and offers to rent eBikes (for 40yuan/day), which is perfect to explore the whole island. Can recommend and would come back.

Well located, go through a 20 meter corridor and u'll straightaway be in the heart of the well-known food street. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Yes it doesn't have a lift here but ur luggage will be carried up by the owner (I meant they will insist on carry it for u, not that u have to ask for their help). Boss and lady boss are kind and warm hearted persons. Yes it's the place if u r going to visit this area in xiamen. Thanks and hope to see u again ❤️❤️❤️

Nicely located next to the food market street, though in a quiet side street and only a couple of meters from the beach. Staff doesn’t speak English but is very kind and eager to help. Would go there again!

Room was really good for the price: very clean and comfortable bed. The owner was absolutely lovely and a lot of fun to talk to.

Had a very good stay at the hotel, the owner is very helpful and accommodating. Location is very good, airport bus and city busses are just a couple of minutes walk away. Overall the service is excellent.

I've had an amazing stay. The receptionist is so kind and sweet. Even though he didn't speak English (which wasn't a problem as we could still communicate using translation apps), he did his best to help me with anything that I needed. Really lovely! The room was modern, big and nice, equipped with everything you may need. The mattress was very comfortable. Finally, the location was great, just next to the pedestrian streets of Zengcuoan (which feels like a cute giant China town to my foreigner's eyes). To summarize, everything was perfect: the service and the staff, the room, and the location.

房東人超級好，不僅專門出來接的我們，教我們怎麼預約鼓浪嶼的船票，還給我們推薦景點，推薦的都很不錯。還推薦了對門的麪館，因為想去逛街，第一天沒在那裡吃，簡直錯過了一個億，真的很好吃！而且第二天要不是房東提醒我們，差點趕不上去鼓浪嶼的船。服務沒得説！

位置其實是很好找的，就是導航不太給力，老闆人很好，親自跑過來接。房間床很軟，環境也還不錯，於這個價位而言，相當划算
