The sea view rooms are nice. But the bathroom doors are weird and leaking when you take a bath, but not a big deal for us

Hotel was good, check in was also very smooth and easy.
We only stayed one night and came in too tired to pay attention to cleanliness. The first hotel I came across that did not provide creamer with the coffee / tea packets. This is such a basic thing to provide.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings, especially during the holiday season and especially after a long day at the beach or in the old town. Breakfast was of a very high standard. I can only recommend the rooms with a sea view to everyone.

Amazing breakfast! Friendly front staff. Location is perfect if you want to go to Jinmen island as it's just opposite the ferry terminal.

This hotel had great customer service. They had staff who spoke enough English to effectively communicate and they ere all very friendly. Props to Michael who offered top notch customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was not a lot around the actual hotel other than a Starbucks and some small restaurants. But my husband walked my baby around the beautiful wharf that was nearby.

Check in was quick and without a hassle. Room was located on the 17th floor. The room was clean, but there was a vague smell of cigarette smoke in the air, although we asked for a non-smoking room. Could be that people in other rooms were smoking. Breakfast is ok, but not a lot of choices, unfortunately.
