Just normal small hotel with no swimming pool or fitness center

The room is small and not so spacious. If you open your luggage, hardly to move around. The toilet need to improvise for the sink hole and the floor coz it clogged and sewer smells everytime you wanna take shower. The breakfast meals was very nice. Overall, i enjoyed my stay here. Affordable price and the location is also good.

The male receptionist works well. Quick check in. Security is friendly and good. The female receptionist is very bad. I checked in with the group. Asked for late check out at 12.30, that was ok, and the group had arranged a schedule to check out at 12.30 Arriving at 11.40 the group was telephoned and told they had to check out at 12.00. Finally the group checked out before 12 o'clock which resulted in a chaotic schedule. Then the female receptionist charged Rp. 15,000 for mineral water drunk in the room, which caused the group to protest to me because they were charged to pay for mineral water. I also asked the receptionist about this, and the receptionist argued that the mineral water that was billed was large mineral water, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NOT EVEN BIG MINERAL WATER IN THE ROOM.

Has a strategic location and easy access to goings around the city

Good location but is not clean supposedly..Although it is 2 star hotel but cleanliness is very important for any hotel.Next to alun-alun bandung

Generally the experience was good. But it's an aging hotel that needs more maintenance. Our room had a weak AC that could have been improved. And the water faucet had very low pressure. These two items only needed proper maintenance. We experienced 4 different rooms as we stayed 5 nights. Other rooms suffered other simple poor maintenance problems. One room had a discolored sheet. On one morning the buffet breakfast was substituted by á la carte. That's not our preference. It was frustrating that Grab could not properly locate the hotel.

Lokasi yg strategis bgt untuk bisa nikmatin keseruan anak di alun alun bandung, masjid raya, n jalan braga dimalam minggu.. cukup jalan kaki dpt semua keseruan nya… Hotel mungkin bintang 2 tp sarapan nya 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
