After two hours after I left this ibis hotel, they deducted 200€ from my credit card without any notice. I found it strange and asked my bank, then I knew it was this hotel, and I called them. They told me I was suspected smoking in room, but the oder or smell in the room as they said is because there is no window not because of me. I bind my card to the App due to my trust to the Accor group but they have destroyed it totally. Without prior notice or approval, nobody is leagal to steal money from consumer’s credit card, this matter has happened in EU or UK many times. They didn’t tell me when I was checking out, but stealing my money in credit card after I left. So disgusting behaviors!!!
