My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

周圍環境治安不錯，夜晚也比較安靜。就是早餐非常簡陋，衹有三四樣 ，除了煎蛋就是三明治。飲品衹有熱咖啡和冰橙汁。

酒店前台黑人服務員素質差，電梯壞了也不告訴我們，害我們等很久，跑去投訴，她才説壞了，等人來修。我告訴她要相鄰兩間房，結果她給一間三樓，一間四樓。沒有電梯，衹得扛行李上去。

I was not aware that this location didn’t offer complementary breakfast. If that was the case I would have picked another IHG hotel

Continental breakfast was not included, urine around the toilet, hallways reeked of vapor smells, staff not friendly.

I do want to complain about the managers' response to the compliants of no heat in the room that I checked in. I moved three times while at this location. I am not statisfied with the decision that Shantea, tge general manager provided. She was impersonalble and stated ahe would not be able to refund me a night's stay. Multiple heating units were dysfunctional
I can't believe this is a IGH hotel.

The property is very old and needs to be renovated and there's a stank odor coming from the hallway carpet. Also there's no security patrolling the parking lot, but they have several signs posted outside stating park at your risk. If this info was provided on the website, I would've never booked this hotel. The room that was given to me 306 the ceiling in the room and bathroom looks like it's about to cave in smh.

I like the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and location. I didn’t like that my heat didn’t work in my room and the sight of a roach in my room.

The room and I really needed repair and upgrading. The restaurant in the lobby closed before 8pm. Kind of disappointed

It was quiet. There are restaurants and shopping near by. It's close to the interstate

My stay overall was pleasant aside from the fact that someone stole money out of our bag while we were in the lobby checking in and they were not cooperative with allowing us to find out if the person who took our money was still within the hotel I did formal police report and even then they would not view the cameras to see if the person who reached into our bag was still on the premises so that was very disappointing I lost a lot of money and all I got was an additional complimentary meal for breakfast I didn't feel like that compensated the amount of money that was stolen the room had a broken faucet at the sink and the hot and cold a pleak was missing was in the shower so I did initially burn myself because the direction I thought to make the water cooler was not correct other than that it was clean the beds are super comfy the cleaning stuff was super friendly and I would stay again but I know now to keep all of my bags on my body at all times
