一直住此酒店，早餐不錯，而且房間大小也可以。

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast especially cheese plate was wonderful for me , access to fitness, no reason to complain… I feel totally satisfied after stay in that hotel. Probably the best hotel in Winterthur. :) :)

Hospitality was excellent - everyone was responsive to questions or requests. Room was warmer than i would have liked but it was clean and very comfortable bed with a lot of pillows. Morning breakfast had a lot of variety with nothing more to ask for. And it was walking distance from the train. I would stay again and highly recommend.

very good hotel, well located and with a very welcoming staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. The combined ticket with the Technorama was very convenient. the only little downside is that the spa and its pool is restricted to 16 y old and older. This was quite disappointing for our son.

Hotel Staff is friendly and ready to help. Rooms are big and clean with wooden parkette. Breakfast is great, Only the scrambled eggs tasted strange Only the heating in the rooms can not be adjusted. For my Korean wife the rooms were too cold!

we had a wonderful stay in Banana hotel! it made our visit in Winterthur more convenient and conformtable. the girls are sweet and kind. I'm sure Banana will be the prior option if I come to Winterthur again. greetings from CHINA SHORE CHEN

Great hotel for a 2 night business trip. Close to the train station for easy travel requirements to and from the airport. Room was good, breakfast choice was good. The gym is next door and is very well equipped, however it is an additional ~20CHF if you don't have one of the premium rooms.

The room is good but insulation is not enough to restrict the noise from train station and if you close all windows it's very hot in the room since no AC remote available. There's also no available toothbrush/toothpaste, slippers and shave.

Very good hotel in Winterthur: very kind and helpful staff. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, with a sober and modern decor. Breakfast was also very varied and pretty good. The location is also good, being few minutes walking from Winterthur station. Recommended!

It’s an excellent hotel, with fascinating breakfast ! The room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay there. The only negative thing is that the windows of my room looked to the railway. I traveled there in the beginning of June, it was not hot and I didn’t have to open a window at night. But I can imagine that in hot weather the sounds of trains can be really annoying .

Friendly staff is very cooperative and willing to help. After check in we noticed the bathroom wasn't really clean. That was followed up immediately and housekeeping cleaned it. Also apologies were made the day after and some fruit was put on the table with a personal card with apologies. The room seems to be rather old and in a need for renewal. That's definitely the case for the bathroom: it gas the atmosphere of a hospital bathroom. Also the air-condition needs an update. With outside tempartures in de mid 20's, the system wasn't able to bring the temperature really down. All in all for SFR 350,00 per night one could expect more.

Updated, very clean, quiet, and spacious hotel with walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I booked this hotel as a stop-over while touring Europe and I would stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation stay very restful.
