機場等候的時候臨時定的 雖然便宜但是環境真的不輸其他杜拜五星 門口小哥也會幫我們把行李送到房間 耐心細緻介紹 很不錯

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and excellent customer service. A close walk from the Metro.

Check in took alot of time , breakfast had limited options , pools were great and shuttlr services to different locations were a big benefit

The hotel itself boasts a fantastic rooftop pool, which was the cherry on top of an already delightful stay. The level of care and hospitality I received has left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. Chef Ram graciously went above and beyond by preparing an additional dish for my breakfast each day, which was absolutely delectable. Should you find yourself at the hotel, do take a moment to speak with him; his culinary expertise will undoubtedly enhance your stay with an exceptionally delightful experience! A heartfelt thank you to the team for making my visit so memorable!

臨近機場位置方便

Overall, it's a good hotel. The bedroom and the bed were comfortable. The staffs were polite. But some disappointing drawbacks degraded the premium feeling that I should have had due to the price paid and the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast was generous but no self service coffee machine was available. If you want an espresso or anything but the low grade coffee from the pot, you'll need to ask for it. Unfortunately it's not advertised and some customers will not dare to ask for it. The room service could be improved: several times, the towel sets or the water bottles were not resupplied after the room was cleaned. The free access rooftop terrace and swimming pool were extremely appealing. From there, the view on the nearby Dubai Airport (DBX), is spectacular. There are several restaurants, fast foods and mini-marts near the hotel, but do not dare to bring back your McDonald combo or any other personal food and enjoy it on the hotel rooftop terrace. You will be quickly reminded by a security guy, appearing from nowhere, that no external food is allowed there. You will have to go back to your room to enjoy it, it's allowed there... From the hotel location it's convenient to visit the old Deira. To access the city downtown it takes approx. 30 minutes by taxi or more by metro. Count on a solid hour to reach Dubai Al Maktoum airport by taxi.

有shuttle bus很方便 就是早上堵車到達T3用了近半個小時的時間

房間設計有點奇怪。洗手間小。洗澡房小。熱水壺漏水（強烈建議更換質量好一些的熱水壺！ 洗手間的浴巾毛巾便舊。不敢使用！ 服務員少。（服務員態度都不錯！都很有禮貌） 一般打電話需要飲用水 時間較長！ 如果是趕飛機將就一晚就沒所謂。如果考慮住多幾天。就是性價比不高的酒店！ 唯一的優點就是離機場近有專車送機接機。離地鐵站近 可以步行到達！

酒店大堂挺好，房間內設施破舊，牆上的洗手液釘子都掉了，還掉牆皮，衞生間內牆皮也是壞的。我們入住了三天，沒人清掃房間，也不給送水。服務人員都是印度人，態度很一般，懶散，給人感覺不禮貌。
