It was a wonderful experience. The staffes were friendly and their service was awesome. The pool and food were exellent.

Beautiful property! the road which leads to this is a little messed up but the environment over there is worth it. Decently clean bedrooms and bathrooms, lunch must be pre-ordered as they make limited quantity.

Great atmosphere with a good service. Lot of activities makes it a better place to spend some quality time.

Willow resorts wayanad is a beautiful property as you see in the pictures and it is true to it. Apart from the beautiful ambience and nature that it has, there comes a list of cons i observed here. Firstly, there was lot of power issues and upon that we had to call and inform the reception to turn on the backup and for 3 times we did that. We had to ask for the mentioned amenities and then we got it like dental kit. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and also in the room. Mosquito repellent was given which was a good sign. Coming to food options there were only minimum options and the food restaurants not even give us the menu of its own. There was no breakfast buffet which we were expecting looking at the price and the looks of the resort. We were served chapati and puttu with fruits. And the saddest part was, we asked for some extra curry during the dinner as to not waste rice, but they said it’s chargeable and did not provide us some curry, it was like we had to buy full dish again to have some curry. Over all it was a terrible experience for what we spent. Won’t recommend this place.

The food options are less, they don’t provide you variety of people are more on weekends. Only buffet will be available and have to select from very less options.

The resort is beautiful but rooms need maintenance and food needs to improve. The rest all things are good the view is amazing from the resort. It is deep inside the woods.

Loved the stay.. the resort, food and ambience first class.. would love to go there again. Wayanad is a fantastic place and willow resort is like an icing on the cake.. makes the entire vacation so sweet..

Best place for relaxing in Wayanad. The food the ambience the rooms everything was top notch...The entire hotel management was also very helpful and proactive...Thanks for making our stay memorable..Will surely visit again in future.
