It was a hassle at first because the receptionist couldn't verify my booking. But I think they made up for it by giving juice lol. Location is the best.

Great location - the hotel is located just few streets away from the plaza and Calle Crisologo. Various restaurants and tourist spots are also near. The architecture is really elegant - from the facade to the lobby, and the room. It matches the vibes of Vigan city. The room is very clean and the furnishings are decent - the bed is very comfortable to lie in. Bathroom is squeaky clean also. Hot shower is available. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. We were allowed for an early check-in since we arrived early (at a minimal reasonable price). Complimentary breakfast is not buffet style but has decent serving and taste for the price. Parking is available at the front of the hotel but limited. Truly recommendable and we will surely come back if ever we are around the city.

Quite clean and nice hotel, located very near Calle Crisologo. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Definitely I will stay at this hotel if I go to Vigan again.

We had a second floor balcony room which was clean and spacious. Good water pressure and hot shower. Breakfast was offered as a room service, which we greatly appreciated. Location is just a short walk to the tourist street.

I really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.
