Just perfect. Loved the convenience of an entire apartment with washing machine and 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms for the same price as any ordinary room at another hotel. Everything seems new and very clean. Front desk employees were very courteous and helpful at all time. The pool was also very clean. We will definitely stay here if we ever come to Suzhou again.

It was a great stay in Suzhou somerset Baiyang 😍 The room facilities were great as well as the view and room service. Staff were friendly and welcoming it was a clean and had a fresh smell unlike the other stuffy rooms. Great location and opposite Hilton. We enjoyed our stay here at Somerset Baitang! We’ve stayed in other Somerset branches before, and this is up there as one of the better ones. They cleaned our room nicely when they did, even washing the dishes we used the day prior. The amenities were well maintained, and the location is pretty nice (there’s a lovely park just behind the hotel, it’s walking distance from the metro station and about a 10 minute car ride to Jinji Lake). Special props to Penny and Wendy for taking care of us all throughout our stay! Will book here again next time we come back for a visit. 😃

We had a fantastic family stay at Somerset Baitang Suzhou. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of delicious options to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very kind, spoke English well, and made us feel very welcome, which was a huge plus for us as foreigners. This place is truly foreigner friendly and a great choice for families. We highly recommend Somerset Baitang Suzhou for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

Lovely hotel with a nice swimming pool and close to the metro.

My teens and I checked in close to midnight due to a delayed flight, so we were glad to be received by the hotel with a warm welcome and an upgraded suite. We originally ordered a suite but got upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was huge. The bonus was a second bathroom which really helped us each morning as the kids wouldn’t have to get up extra early to get ready for an already early morning three days in a row. So thank you, Somerset! The rooms were tidied well every day. It was a professionally run hotel. We wish we would have had time to use the swimming pool but we were too busy.

Decent location if you’re driving. Rooms look much smaller than what they seem on the picture. Good breakfast and a clean swimming pool

Love our stay! Room with beautiful view, very clean, spacious. Breakfast was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the robot helper was very cute and very helpful as well.

Nice spot to stay. Staff were extremely helpful and gave good direction for getting into town. Location a little too far out of Suzhou but there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Pool was nice and clean.

Good overall experience. Rooms spacious and clean. Very good service from staff, especially from Ms Wendy. Will stay again there.

The buffet breakfast was good with a nice selection. Its nicely situated near a Family Mart and the subway.
