Overall satisfied with the hotel, the rooms were huge and we got a side view of the Sphere. Definitely worth every buck! Also the buffet credit covered our breakfast which was amazing!!! Definitely use this!!!

Everything at Encore was far above our expectations. The property, the staff, the room, the view, the pool(s), the multiple restaurants and endless luxury shops means that you never have to leave. You actually don’t want to leave because the world outside is not nearly as nice. Special shout out to Tableau restaurant for lunch. What a beautiful place and wonderful staff.

The hotel is a beautiful luxurious resort. Located close to Wynn Hotel and walking distance to the mall. Our room is located on the 33rd floor and we had a view of the Sphere. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent, stocked with plenty of soap and towels.

This is for our honeymoon and when we told to the front desk, the staff arranged the 29/F for us with Sphere view immediately, she also offered $100 breakfast coupons at The Buffet in Wynn. The Buffet is amazing. Truly thankful to those special offers. Encore is super luxury, very good service, helpful staff, we had booked day tour during our stay in Vegas and they even walked with us to the pickup point. Nothing to be complained! Definitely my first choice if I will go to Vegas again.

The room is clean, large and very comfortable. The best hotel in Las Vegas so far.

Great property. Very clean and spacious. 10/10 would stay again. Only downside is its location, far away from most properties on the strip.

It's overall good for my family, but they still need to be improved

The service was not meeting the expectation at all and I was feeling disappointed. During my stay, I had requested some items to be sent up to the room. However when I returned to room at night, only part of the items were received. The excuse from front desk was that I had turned on Do Not Disturb sign which they were not able to enter my room for item delivery. Well, if I had turned on the sign, why would I receive some of the items I requested. My boyfriend was not feeling well and he barely ate anything during dinner. So we placed room service order via the in room iPad. However after 45 min, nothing was received. Then I called to in room dining, they said they received the order but it was empty. Well, you won’t double check with your guest? The whole experience was not that good especially in terms of guest services, and we had paid extra to upgrade to the suite.

After staying at Encore, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else! I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 5 years old and have seen the drastic changes the city has gone through for the past 4 decades. I’ve stayed at every hotel on the strip and somehow had avoided Encore until this stay because I thought the location was a bit away from the center of the strip. However, Encore is now my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Sphere. I could check everything from the tablet in the room and make reservations in a few min. You can do everything within Wynn/Encore. It’s not crazy packed like Bellagio with non-staying guests coming in and out. Its a more private atmosphere with guests staying at the hotel and mostly classy people. Everything inside is built with precision and convenience for guests to jump in and jump out of the rooms for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s going to the pool, playing games, dining, walking to Wynn, betting on the sports book - everything was super convenient. For me, how we spend quality time is more valuable than money we might win. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Nice hotel. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. Staff are pleasant and helpful, I will definitely come back on my next trip to Vegas.
