Everything was perfect! The breakfast is magnificent! Staff was very friendly and kind!

Overall good experience. Washroom/WC doors have no lock, so inform others before you use it. Reception was so so, like typical Austria s 😋

Great location only 3 stops from karlsplatz (opera house - centre). Good amenities the spa area was great to relax in and use of fitness. One issue, no windows that open and they turn the air con off in October so when it's great weather you'll be sweating to sleep, hence a struggle, they provide a fan to aid it but not the quality of other 4 stars I've been to.

Very clean room, location is not very central but fine. Friendly reception. Minibar wasn’t filled. Good for business or couples/solo.

Forget that hotel - No cleaning Servis at mornings time. No one cares of your room. No water no coffee not clean glasses. Don’t give any your clothes to try cleaning because you will be tricked with price and all. Is not worthy of they name and of the money you pay. Been very disappointed. Das Hotel ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der S- und U-Bahn Station entfernt. Von dort kommt man direkt zum Karlsplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Schloss Schönbrunn und zur Mariahilfer Straße Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war ein Deluxe Room aber das Zimmer hatte zwar die gewünschten kippbaren Fenster, aber nicht die Boden hohen sondern kleine und unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Deluxe Zimmer liegen zwar zum Innenhof und sind ruhiger, aber der Ausblick ist nicht schön und so wechselten wir in ein Superior Zimmer. Sehr großes Zimmer, schön hell und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Jeden Tag gibt es Prosecco, Waffeln und frische Säfte zum selber machen und Omelette nach Wunsch. Wir würdn das Hotel wieder buchen - allerdings gleich win Superior Zimmer!

Schönes Zimmer mit gutem Bett, reichliches Frühstück, alles bestens.

Zentral gelegenes 4 Sterne Hotel,Zimmer und Bad ist sehr gut,obwohl an der Hauptstraße gelegen ist nicht laut, groß und ganzem waren wir zufrieden

in overall ok compared to price eventough you notice the hotel is somewhat old. Staff kind. The BAD thing is that Resturant/Bar opens in the evening and you have nothing (a coffe, beer, snack) to get in the hotel until 18:00!

Unless you were prepared to pay 28 Euros for breakfast there was no opportunity to obtain any means of refreshment whatsoever until the bar opened at 6pm, which I have never known before at a Hotel with such high standards

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The comfort of the rooms was outstanding, everything was very clean and fresh the spa area was truly relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel took in consideration my requests. The hotel is located conveniently close to the metro/overground station. Definitely a option to consider in a next visit to Vienna.
