We’ve booked 1 queen bed rooms but we got 2 single beds. We’re so tired and wanted to rest, so we didn’t tell the front on that day. Actually the room looks good and tidy and the location is superb.

Best location right across the tube station, easy to get to the intercity trains and explore the rest of Vienna within minutes. Good food nearby and there’s also a supermarket in the same building as hotel! One gripe is there’s no gym, but not a major issue since you’ll be doing a lot of walking around town. The breakfast was good too! We went for it twice in our trip cause of the variety and quality compared to outside breakfasts

Excellent location with the metro station across the main road 50 yards away, 30 minutes, and 1 change later. You're in the centre and at €8.40 for a pass valid for 24 hours (not a day pass) gteat value. Rooms are very clean with daily cleaning if required. Amenities include Coffee maker Fridge TV Shower (with shower gel provided) Bedside reading lights Sockets for charging Hotel Ipad in room with all the info about hotel Room service Wardrobe Coat hangers Air-conditioning Breakfast Served from 6.30 till 10.30 Massive choice, including Fresh bread, many varieties Cold meats, many varieties Yogurts Cheese, many varieties Hot bacon Scrambled eggs (personally my favourite) Hard boiled eggs Many salad choices And much more. Bar was very popular in the evening, and many guests used the facility very reasonably priced. Check out before midday and the option to leave luggage at no extra cost. Definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna

I wrote an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and got a response within an hour, which is nice. I arrived at 11am and an early check in was available. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room is very spacious for its price. You can easily reach the Schönbrunn Palace by bus or on foot. It is also close to a metro station and a supermarket. Provided: Coffee capsule machine, fridge, TV, hair dryer, safe. P.S. I stored my luggage after I checked out, they store them in a locked room but they don’t tag your luggage or anything. When you go back to get the luggage, you just have to tell the reception that you want to take the luggage then they will lead you to the room. It felt kind of strange and a little bit insecure. Also I was gonna check out at 12 but at 11:56 there is already someone knocking and asked me when will I go. Besides these the stay was a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel - across the road from U-bahn station- great breakfast, comfortable bed- friendly staff. Recommended! Not far from magnificent Schoenbrunn

Dear Hotel Leonardo Vienna Management, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Room #417. The condition of the room and the level of service were unacceptable. I took a shower, and the bathroom floor immediately flooded. It appears that the floor is not properly sloped, and the water does not drain correctly. As a result, the entire bathroom, including the toilet area, was flooded with 1–2 cm of water. This rendered the toilet completely unusable. I contacted the front desk at around 21:00 and requested that someone come to assist and help drain the water. The only response I received was, "That's it. There is no service at this hour." I was told to simply place multiple towels on the floor. This is not even a minimal standard for any hotel—let alone one that charges for basic accommodations. In the end, the bathroom was unusable, soaked with water and wet towels. This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Sincerely, Dr. Ronny Pinkus +972-54-574-7566

I had such a cosy stay – the hotel's services were top-notch, and getting around was so easy. I'd absolutely book a room there again anytime!

The location is a little bit far from sightseeing spot,but is will be within 30minutes travelling. And there is a supermarket right below the hotel which is great.
