Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day. If you read this post you will remember me. Jose

Amazing staff and hotel in general. The breakfast was enough good as well

Good location and service, but  breakfast not good, lack of usb charger and room facilities is too old, broken bulb.

Sadly it was not very good - I booked double room for single use - but the hotel did not have that type of room - but I have been compensated by Trip.com - I have stayed there before - but previously the hotel staff were more amenable - this time it was not the case.

Nice hotel not so near to San Marco,but also good enough. The breakfast was poor and not so choose. For 1 night it's possible.

Great location! The hotel still uses traditional hotel keys, which can be left at the concierge if needed. Room is clean. The Aircon is very old and hardly any cool air comes out. Hence, I don't recommend the hotel for hot days / summer season.

very good hotel. Didn't realise just how good the location was until stepping off the airport transfer bus at the main bus station. close to both the bus and the train station. Staff very good, hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good. has a lift and very strong room WiFi. Will definitely book again if ever back in Venice.

Location was great, breakfast was good. The hotel is old and looks lice but it is in need of repairs, nothing was provided in the room, was in desperate need of a fridge as it was very hot but it was clean and comfortable and would stay again if nothing else available

Good location, nice room, one of the best choices for this price range. But outside is noisy.

Near to train station, breakfast is sumptuous
