Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, đối diện ga xe lửa trung tâm, chỉ năm phút đi bộ. Nhưng ga tàu điện ngầm gần nhất cách đó khoảng 800 m đi bộ. Căn phòng nhỏ nhưng rất sạch sẽ. Không có ấm đun nước, chỉ có kem dưỡng da tay và toàn thân, cốc đựng nước súc miệng là cốc giấy dùng một lần

Strategic location

Everything is good only the hotel stay price was different to what I expected to pay. From the Trip.com, it is only 91.3 euro but when I need to pay for the hotel when arrival, it was 111.82 euro. It is kind of mess up the price.

当方、一人旅でした。 これから旅行を考えてる方で複数人で行く方、尚且つ海外に慣れていない・初めての方は、もっとグレードの高いホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。 まずはじめに、旅行初日のチェックイン時、フロントの女性スタッフ(インド・中東系)がクール過ぎて愛想がほぼ感じられませんでした。 ここで非常に怯み、自国だったら星1レベルの愛想のなさです。 続いて、部屋に入ると枕カバーに血痕なようなものを発見しました。フロントに連絡しようと内線を探しましたが、まったくありません。カードキーに付属している紙にフロント番号が書いてあったので電話してみましたが、全く通じませんでした。 仕方なく、周りの視線を浴びながら大きな枕を小脇に抱えてフロントに伺ったところ、別の男性スタッフ(高身長のハリー杉山似)が非常に愛想良く丁寧に対応してくれました。 内線の電話が通じないことに関しては最後まで解決してません。(こちらの電話回線に問題があるのではないかと説明されました) 朝食付きで宿泊したのですが、朝食は至って普通でこちらのスタッフは気さくで非常に良かったです。 アメニティは、備え付けのボディソープとしっかりした風の出るドライヤーしかありません。タオルはあります。 チェックアウト時に対応してくれた別の男性も気さくでした。 極めて個人的な判断ですが、男性スタッフの時に色々と相談した方がいいです。明らかに解決が早いです。 総評として、旅に慣れてる方はリーズナブルで必要十分なホテルです。旅に慣れてない方は、心残りがある程度あるホテルです。

Super Lage um Wien zu erkunden.

位置非常方便，數分鐘便到中央站。有寄存服務，房間空間合適，非常好，地下有露天地方，非常寫意。不過房間wifi 好弱，要到下堂才上到

It was nice. Good place to stay if you want to be near the Hauptbahnhof. Room was a bit small for more than one person, but it was set up for one person, so it was fine.

Fantastic hotel for convenience and price. I chose it due to proximity to the station for an early morning train, and a v reasonable cost. I was delighted by how comfortable it was, wonderful bed and linens, lovely bathroom with great shower, huge window where I could train-watch. Checkin and out super efficient. The only thing I'd have loved would've been a coffee machine, but at this price point you can't have everything I suppose. Would 100% stay here again, surpassed my expectations.

Quite comfortable and convenient location (5 minutes walk from Vienna Central Station - Hauptbahnhof.

This hotel is very convenience to the Vienna Central Station. If you’re taking a lot of day trips, it would be perfect. I only stayed here for one night on the last leg of my trip. The hotel has everything you need and is priced great, but I’d recommend staying in a more upscale hotel in the central part of Vienna to get a better experience.

The room was very small but it was quiet and clean, we also had a nice view over the city. There was only one single-sized duvet so we had to ask for another one, and the staff brought it up pretty quickly. The hotel is literally across the train station so it was really convenient for us having to take an early train.

I had booked and paid for a king size bed and on arrival, it was a queen. I discussed this with a woman on the front desk who swore black and blue the bed in my room was king-size. Assuredly not I said but no further action on their part. That aside, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel is very handy to rhe train station and restaurants within a 400m walk.

Great place to stay if you need the train station. The price was also very good for the location.
