Everything was right as its should. We stayed over Weekend on two rooms. Quiet, good breakfast, nice cafe place, very clean and the stuff very polite and helpful. Also well positioned and close to the Velizy2 mall. we really enjoyed the stay

We stayed one night at the hotel on our roadtrip in France and this was the best place to stay in Paris given we were driving and didn't mind being a bit further from city centre. In terms of the good, the following are the highlights: 1) The hotel offered us an upgrade to the business floor despite coming with a pet which other hotels don't usually do. The room was not too spacious which was expected being located in Paris but had all the amenities we needed. 2) The shower room was clean and I loved the option to play the radio in it which was a good feature. 3) Breakfast was great and had both a continental option and full English which we were free to select. 4) All areas were pet friendly and no one made a fuss over an occasional bark. 5) Parking was free in their underground car park and it was safe with convenient access to the lifts. The not so good: 1) The air conditioning was not powerful enough. We stayed on a not too particularly hot day which was around 23c but the A/C didn't sufficiently cool the room by bedtime which was disappointing. 2) The kettle wasn't working but we used the coffee machine which was an ok alternative. Overall, very good hotel with loads of amenities. Highly recommended if you're travelling with pets or for business.

Excellent amenities. Very professional and courteous staff. Have stayed here a few times for business meetings and used the conference facilities. Great breakfast, rooms are modern and clean. Restaurants and bars are close by.

If you need a hotel in that area of Paris, I can recommend this one. It's 20 minutes away from Orly airport and easy to reach. The staff is very competent, friendly and helpful. The size of the room is good and the bathroom nice.

Hotel is super nice and quiet even though the traffic in the area is intense. Breakfast is amazing and the cleaning services impeccable.Towels were changed every day and bad was made daily by the cleaning personal. I was super impressed by the fact the nothng was missing from the room: slippers, bathrope,showergel, body lotion and even a small chocolate box.

it was very interesting to stay in there for a short period, but all was interesting. the hotel was clean, the food was great, and the service was of class. I will visit again when I have a chance and will refer to friends.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Paris Velizy. The service and the food was great. Good customer service from the receptionist and from the restaurant staff. Located close to the business area from Velizy.

Bon emplacement pas loin du centre commercial Vélizy 2. Bon prix. Par contre le service laisse à désirer. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. On a réclamé 3 fois sans résultat. Dans la chambre, un jour les verres n'ont pas été lavés. Le savon liquide n'a pas été rempli. Pas de rouleau de papier toilettes en extra, etc...

Les chambres sont faites régulièrement apres 17h30 . Le petit dej est un peu cher Cote autoroute un peu de bruit Le personnel est sympathique et professionnel

I usually take this hotel for my business trips to Velizy. Here I feel really welcome in this hotel. Very friendly staff. As there are some restaurants close to it, there are also options for Dinner and Lunch. If you need to visit the Shopping Mall, you can borrow a Bicycle at the reception.

An impeccable, organized space, with wonderful rooms, closed parking and a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of food it covers all needs, whether you are visiting for business reasons or for fun. I stay here regularly. The hotel staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. My room was perfect, comfortable beds, quiet and I was glad to see the air con working properly this time. Food in the restaurant is good. At breakfast the scrambled egg is usually a little burnt, and sat in water, needs more creaminess, but the rest of the breakfast is excellent.
