I was a little skeptical reading online reviews but my stay was excellent. Location was excellent, I pretty much walked everywhere. Subway station is across the street. Toiletries were of good quality, even makeup wipes were provided! Wifi signal was strong. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Monica from front desk. She was very helpful and ever so friendly.

Very convenient to get around NYC with public transport nearby. However, most of the attractions are walkable. Gym room facilities is acceptable. We are pleased with the paid buffet breakfast on our 5th & last stay, many varieties. All staffs are very helpful. I think the vending machines should place at lobby to easy excess.

Run down building, narrow elevator lobbies. Poor housekeeping. Only thing good is the location. Doesn’t feel like a Marriott hotel at all. Average hotel not more than 2 star

Booked last minute for a 1 night stay. I kind of wished I had booked this hotel for longer - The room was very spacious, aircon worked great, elevators were efficient (which isn’t always the case in NYC). We were very impressed.

The room was the perfect size and very clean. The staff was warm and knowledgeable. The location was great. Right near subway stations, Times Square a a few blocks from 5th Avenue.

It’s close to time square and walking distance to penn station

This hotel was in the perfect spot. For what we paid, it was absolutely perfect. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were all really friendly. Only thing I could say was that the check in was a bit delayed, but being the Christmas season, one deals with these things. It’s slightly loud on the road side, but again, it’s where the hotel is located. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The coffee was great and their cups came in handy. 😅

Great location and nice hotel for right price

The hotel is in perfect location in NYC , 10mins walk to Times Square and Huston Yard. What more could you expect? And next to hotel is just the bus station hub which is just so convenient hotel itself is small but it has everything you need to crash at such an expensive Manhattan and everything is good ! Highly suggested due to so cost effective!

What I booked was a King’s room, but I got a room with a double beds; and I wasn’t realized it until next morning. The front desk receptionist girl was not kind at all.

Location is the best, just across from the port authority terminal. Very near to Times Square. The room is a bit small, but that's Manhattan standard. The cleanliness is just superb.

This hotel ruined our trip to the U.S. They canceled our booking when we checked in then charged us twice. It took about a month to rectify the overcharge. We stayed 7 different hotels over the summer and this is the only hotel which gave us so much trouble.

Hotel is located very near Times Square, within walking distance. Room is very small, even for 2 people. My friend and I knocked into each other several times like bananas in pyjamas while trying to navigate across the room. We practically had to jump over our opened suitcases like ninja warriors as there was simply no space.

Location location location… excellent midtown location with 6-8 minutes to Times sq. Sebastian was nice, smiley and courteous, they were also nice to check us in early. That’s one for them and we appreciated it! Other than that, not too much of interaction with the staff, not even some general hellos… but that’s ok, don’t really mind. When it comes to cleanliness and service, that’s where you should take some notes because it’s their weak spot… we stayed for three nights. Family of five. We got a relatively clean room. The next morning I left a nice tip for the cleaner. The result were: sheets tied and that’s it… no new towels, no toilet paper, nothing. I had to call twice to get those towels. The complimentary water bottles are purified water so if you’re not into it, take it into account. That’s it. If you don’t care about cleanliness or service, the location is perfect
