Just arrived at this supposed 5* hotel and what a disappointment. Tired old fashioned rooms, no complimentary slippers, safe not working and badly lit rooms. Photos showing shelves missing from fridge, bath side and floor and the ‘glorious’ view from the window. Just had a very basic and quite tasteless lunch with 3 attempts to get a coffee from the machine. I can only hope that dinner will be more pleasant.

Our large group were met with a refreshing welcoming drink after our long train journey from New Delhi. The rooms were spacious with tea/coffee facilities, in room safe, free bottled water and free wifi. The buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were all flavoursome and well presented. Although the pool was on the small side the area was a nice quiet spot to enjoy a drink or snack. There was a choice of bars for an evening drink and the river Ganges is a half hour ride away (depending on traffic). A 10 minute walk from the hotel is a large shopping centre with all western brands and a large choice of dining opportunities. One small downside is the size of the lifts which could be busy at times.

I stayed in Radisson with the group of my guests from Italy. I would rate Radisson one of the best place in varanasi. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The Checkin experience is smooth. But real happiness is the food and service in the restaurant east west. Good variety was ample. And service was superb. The F&B Manager Mr. Pravesh was available personally to take care of us entire time. Anup and Kamal fulfilled all our desires in restaurant. Thank you all for a memorable stay.

The experience was excellent. The staffs were very polite and helpful. I would like to mention 1. Ms. Tapasi Sarkar, Hostess, who was very compassionate and sincere towards my mother as she is a senior citizen ( Mrs. Mukti Maiti) . 2. Mr. Riyaz , Senior Captain was very thorough towards his duty. 3. Mr. Sajit at Reservation Desk was very help ful , polite and considerate towards all city trips and shopping. All 3 nights and 4 were blissful , safe and satisfied with RADISSON Benares

This is a reasonable hotel. Clearly it is part of a chain with their standards to meet. From memory nothing stood out as exceptional. The room was pleasant and clean and the food was plentiful, warm and good variety. Nothing that I saw put me off staying here. A good base.

Tapasi, server in restaurant was fabulous. She is kind , helpful and a great asset to the hotel. Food was ok. Hot food is not a concept in India. Rooms were spacious. Everyone was very helpful. Had a great deep tissue massage. The Great kabob factory was first place in India that had enjoyed fish

The hotel was very nice but the highlight was definitely the service we received here. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we all felt comfortable during our stay. I especially want to mention Tapasi, who seemed so incredibly compassionate and caring about her job and always had a great attention to detail.

The experience especially during breakfast was exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous, proactive and helpful all through. The rooms are good however would help to modernise certain facilities in the room e.g. washroom and mattress.

Wonderful stay at the Radisson - the rooms are a good size and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the breakfasts and the service quality from the staff at Breakfast. Special mention to Tapasi Sarkar who took very good care of us during our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Varanasi. The staff was very warm & welcoming and extra attentive at breakfast. Tapasi took great care of us & made our experience even better. I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast is a great spread & caters to everyone.

If anyone wants to have the worst food or would love to have uncooked food then Radisson varanasi is the right place. My room is 602 and room dinning food quality is below average. Below are few photos for the reference.Still I'm wondering the training of the chef!

Very good experience at the restaurant.also appreciate the staff at the breakfast.the spread is vast. Esp coffee by Tapase on each day was great! The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. The service is quick.the staff is prompt in service of each request made to them
