Friendly staff and helpful . They do provide airport drop off service which is good for me . The only things that they need to improve is their water pressure , abit slow .

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!

Hotel staffs are very kind and provided good service. Very close to the airport and community park.

Very nice and very clean. Recommended for those who come and go by plane. I managed to walk and return back from the sports center Metro. Its not near, a good 20 mins walk each way. From the metro to Erdaoqiao station for the GRAND BAZAAR of Urumqi, definitely worth a visit. 10 minutes walk outside the BAZAAR is a food street. The food is really nice.

I had a great time at Leisure (Bestow Hotel) as a frequent traveller, I have not seen such an excellent customer service. Everyone at the reception was very helpful and smiling, which is very important for me. They fixed me a lot of things which I needed to sort out. I am very grateful. Highly recommended in Urumqi. 酒店位置在衞星廣場這裏 可能第一次來的人 不知道進口在那裡 現在我給大家説一下 酒店入口在中醫院和羊村小館中間的口子進入 門口就有免費停車場 保安大叔挺熱情的幫忙提行李 出門的時候還讓我們多加衣服 讓人心裏暖暖的 一樓還有自助的咖啡 奶茶等 房間也是很不錯呢 寬敞 明亮 舒適 前台小夢美女挺好的 每次見面都很熱情的打招呼

酒店位置很好找，而且離機場和火車站都挺近的，大車也衹需要10來分鐘就可以到，如果開車酒店門口提供有免費的停車場，車位很充足。而且酒店周邊有便民超市和賣特產的超市，出行很方便。前台小嬌服務好

我真的很喜歡這家酒店。 離機場不遠（15-20分鐘）。靠近商店和萬達購物中心。酒店很乾凈，接待處的女孩非常有禮貌，樂於助人。餐廳很好，所有東西都很好吃，食物充足，可以選擇很多東西。房間很乾凈，一切都有水、咖啡、茶。秋末天已經很冷了，酒店裡很暖和，房間裏的空調提供着温暖。酒店還送了禮物（糖果）。 一個缺點是房間裏有煙味，很可能是窗簾上充滿了煙霧（在一些酒店，他們還在地板上鋪了地毯，地板上也充滿了煙霧）。我個人的看法，由於我一年到頭在中國各地出差，所以我必須住在酒店。如果能禁止酒店內吸煙（就像在飛機上一樣），那就太好了。因為不僅吸煙的人會得癌症，吸入香煙煙霧的人也會得癌症。疫情過後，很多人出現了肺部問題、香煙煙霧過敏、哮喘等疾病。我們被迫因聞到隔壁有人抽煙而受苦 I liked the hotel very much. A good canteen, everything is very tasty, there is enough food, you can choose a lot. The room is clean, everything is there, water, coffee, tea. It is already cold at the end of autumn, the hotel is very warm, the air conditioner in the room warms up. The hotel even gave a gift （sweets）. One minus is that the room smelled of cigarette smoke, most likely the curtains on the windows were soaked in smoke （in some hotels they also lay a carpet on the floor, which is also soaked in smoke）. Personally, my opinion, since I travel a lot on business trips throughout China during the year, I have to live in hotels. It would be great to introduce a ban （like on an airplane） on smoking in hotels. Since not only those people who smoke get cancer, but also those people who inhale cigarette smoke. Many people have lung problems after the pandemic, they have allergies to cigarette smoke, asthma and other diseases. We are forced to suffer by smelling someone smoking next door

酒店餐廳裝修的很不錯，而且早餐種類也很多，很豐富，添加了麪食，選擇性很多，而且酒店的房間也很乾凈舒適，設施很齊全，配備的有耳塞，眼貼這些就感覺很温馨，前台的接待小嬌服務專業熱情，
