Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close. The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each department. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !! Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️ We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why? I would not recommend this hotel and would not Go back.

Amazing for children very good

Otelin bütün imkanları çok güzel. Ailem ile birlikte 4 gün tatil yapma imkanı bulduk ve çok beğendik. Oda ve bütün alanlar çok temiz. Günlük olarak odamız temizlendi. Havuz ve sosyal alanlar ***et güzel ve temizdi. Yemekler hem çok çeşit hemen de çok lezzetliydi. Gündüz daha çok animasyon yapılsa daha iyi olurdu ama yinede çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Trip e teşekkür ediyorum.

Хороший отель как для взрослых так и для детей. Красивый комплекс с большим бассейном, аквапарком ( две зоны: малыши и +14),удобным , вместительным рестораном. Номера просторные, уставшие, но всё работает и не отваливается. Шампуни и остальные принадлежности берите с собой. Питание хорошее: каждый день была рыба жареная и на пару. Разное мясо. Фрукты по сезону. Кофе неплохой. Анимации не заметил, но отличный аквапарк развлекает. Пляж. С ним беда: в прошлом сезоне завозился песок и пляж был удобным. В этом году пляж к сезону не подготовили: крайне неудобная галька, подходить к воде очень неудобно.

Fantastic hotel with so much going on from 10am through to midnight. The rooms were lovely and the pools and slides were exceptional. Plenty of choice of food throughout the day and evening. The indoor pool was not open, but we wouldn’t have used it anyway, as the weather was so beautiful. The rep did tell us that we need to do excursions because there was nothing around but we found a shopping centre within five minutes walk.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Absolutely not 5 star and definitely not all inclusive for the price we paid . Still had to pay for ice cream , WiFi per device you wanted it on , a waffle … the list goes on . Staff are so rude and unhelpful ! The place was absolutely filthy to say the least , feces all over the children’s toilet seats at the water park ( apparently this picture is clean after I watched staff clean it ) bedrooms constantly dirty and dirty towels folded as clean on beds. People flicking fag ash in the pool. Any time we tried to eat in the hall it was terrible . Had to clear our own tables to be able to eat . Definitely not enough food for all guests so also ended up having eating out most days . Not idea when we paid all inclusive. Entertainment was below average at best . Just all round a terrible experience, do not recommend!

WORST HOTEL EVER !!!!I have been to plenty of places there has never been a hotel so bad , this hotel was so bad I, the food was disgusting and cold always serving the same thing every day , the cleaners never done there job , we identified bed bug as whole my family was covered in small bit marks all over , when we identified the problem to the receptionist they didn’t even bother just changed our room to the another room which was not cleaned as well , when the cleaners arrived in the morning they didn’t do nothing . How can I go to a hotel and can not feel comfortable in my room , the hospitality in the hotel with ALL staff was rude and disrespectful to people staying there , we paid for a all inclusive holiday for staff to say to us say only take one drink at a time , how is this acceptable if you pay this much money ? Soon as it comes to around 18:00 they turn off the light in the corridor , this is a safety hazard as I had to always use my flash , I fell and injured my leg and wanted to attend the 24/7 doctor to come down it was CLOSED !!! How can it have a 24/7 service write down when it’s closed . I had the worst experience in this hotel really wasted my money and just regret this I’m trying to warn you before you book and make the same mistake ! I really don’t understand how this place is not shut down ! This place really needs to be under serious inspections !

I read the reviews after I booked it and every word people said was true! Do not book food is so bland and every day same food not much option to eat they don’t even refill your mini bar and clean your rooms properly. And do not book excursions from hotel double the price u would get half price from the beach!

Awful, 2* hotel at best. Do not go here. Food was not fit for animals let alone human consumption, 95% of facilities closed, rude unhelpful staff!! We feel like we have been robbed booking to stay at this hotel, we had to eat out and find other places for entertainment.

🤢⛔️DONT GO TO THIS FILTHY PLACE 🤢❌⛔️ We booked this hotel as five star, all inclusive holiday but it was disaster. Quality of hotel was worst than B&B , food was repetitive , cold and left over , chairs of restaurant was unbelievably ripped and dirty, germ and dirt was everywhere. And we stay there from 29th of October and they start to closing down one by one of facilities like pizza corner, flat bread area, snack bar was disgusting also, everyday serving a same cold and chewy burger. No kids entertainment, no club or activities, no any evening shows or anything. Smell of sewage everywhere, It was the worst holiday we’ve been . First time booking with loveholiday, and I’m hoping they can do something about it.

this hotel was the worst hotel i have ever been to by far, the rooms were dirty and unclean, food was dirty and wasn’t fresh and it was reheated from the day before, staff was really rude and did not want to help and cutlery was dirty and everything was unhygienic

Our second time in Xafira, we were here in April. Everything is great. This place is very fun. We are happy to be here. We will come again next year. The animation team is very good. Thank you to everyone. Antalya we love you very much 🇹🇷 ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The overall experience is 3 . The food served from Monday -Saturday every meal was stone cold, repetitive and boring. To me there was a complete lack of imagination , flavour & flair put in the menu design. To top it up the entire staff barring a few were unfriendly, rude and lacked professionalism. The pools were really good and clean and ample chairs were available. The patisserie room had a polite young lady serving cakes/biscuits. Also behind the pool area was sat a lady making hot fresh filled pancakes that were delicious. The lobby area itself is nice but the sofas need repairing and mending. Housekeeping staff have the habit of entering the occupied rooms straight after knocking twice ie they don’t realise somebody might be sleeping inside and would need a few minutes to actually open the door. Overall the management needs to heavily invest in training of their staff regarding their manners , attitude and professionalism. We won’t be returning here again .

Entertainment team were very friendly and enthusiastic lovely team and hotel , loved the pool games and the shows in the evening , Exceptional and professional experience couldnt have wished for a better time here xxx would come again hands down
